I really like that PSOHUB has a very intuitive and easy-to-understand interface. In general, the application seems easy to use and doesn't require much in terms of the machine or computer you are using. The practicality of its use is what I value the most, as you don't need to make a bunch of clicks to get the information you need. The included dashboards bring the necessary information without being many clicks away from it, and even with a screenshot you send, another person can easily understand it. I think the issue of logging time and comments could be improved. When I log time on projects, I feel that the space for comments could be clearer. It would be convenient to have a fixed space to leave comments instead of a bubble that might not be used, and if it is used, I'm not sure if others see those comments. The most recent update shifted a few things around, so I’m still getting used to the new UX. Overall, though, I like how the different components of projects are separated in a way that lets me manage them individually—at the project, team, or even personnel level. Invoicing has become much faster and simpler, especially with the QuickBooks integration.

With the new UI, I’m also seeing some improvements in data fetching, but there are still a few hiccups to iron out, mostly around the task and hour filters. Even so, the platform offers a lot more upside for the price, and we were happy to phase out our older platform.

Support seems very responsive when I reach out through the platform. That said, feature implementation requests and discussions could be a bit more open or responsive, even if it’s just to say, “Sorry, it won’t enter our roadmap in the near future.” I still haven’t been able to use any AI-powered features, but I’m currently running a custom report for business intelligence purposes using the oData feed, and that’s been working seamlessly. I’m currently having trouble properly tracking all the tasks and projects allocated to me because of user authorization levels. I can see tasks assigned to me, but when I go to capacity management, I only see projects where I’m either the project manager or a sub. That said, the new UI has really improved the task list.

I also can’t really manage or allocate checklist tasks at all, which would be very useful when more than one person is allocated to a task.

Lastly, I’m not able to properly separate effort allocation for projects where more than one person is assigned, either in the platform (capacity management) or in my custom report. Overall, PSOHUB is great. The one thing I don’t like is that I get a lot of notifications, even when I’ve already filled in the latest entry. I also appreciate the ability to copy timesheets from the previous week, as it saves time and reduces repetitive work. Additionally, the "List" and "Calendar" views are very helpful for managing multiple projects and different types of time entries, including entries related to holidays and leave.

One area that could be improved is the reliability of certain features. For example, when manually entering a timesheet, a time entry occasionally does not appear or seems not to be saved after clicking the Save button, even when the internet connection appears to be stable.

PSOHUB works well as an all-in-one package. We use it for invoicing, time tracking, project overview, and resource planning, and all of these work smoothly. Invoicing and time tracking in particular save us from switching between separate tools. Project overview gives a clear picture of where things stand across multiple engagements, and resource planning does what it needs to do without extra hassle. The UI is straightforward and easy to find your way around, and support has been solid whenever we've needed it. The main downside is around data syncing. There are some odd bugs where changes take a while to come through, likely due to an interval/polling setup rather than real-time updates. This means you sometimes look at data and think something's wrong, when in reality it just hasn't synced yet. It's confusing in the moment because you can't immediately tell if it's an actual bug or just a delay.
