**What do you like best about OpenRMA?**

I really like this software because its installation method is quick and easy, if you are not very expert in handling this type of system, surely this will not be a problem since this system has a very friendly interface. In addition to that, this system has a technical service capable of adapting this program based on your needs, in the shortest possible time.

I really like OpenRMA because it allows me to carry out an exhaustive monitoring of the market, in order to be able to carry out the respective repairs based on their strengths and weaknesses of each product and their respective sales processes.

As this system does not have a storage service in the cloud, it gives you the possibility to create your own server without problems, always with the assistance and supervision of the technical support team.

**What do you dislike about OpenRMA?**

Something that I do not like is that it does not have a storage service in the cloud, despite being a bit expensive for a complete program of this type.

**Recommendations to others considering OpenRMA:**

I definitely recommend OpenRMA due to its easy handling, detailed and highly comprehensible reports and the ease of being able to elaborate practical forms.

**What problems is OpenRMA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thanks to this system, it allows me to control and evaluate the performance of each of the processes of my business, in order to keep them organized. It also allows me to evaluate each of the server and computer equipment in order to see whether or not they need repairs or preventive updates. It should also be noted, the reporting system is one of the most complete and detailed that I have been able to use, allowing management to make quick and efficient decisions.
