I really like this software because its installation method is quick and easy, if you are not very expert in handling this type of system, surely this will not be a problem since this system has a very friendly interface. In addition to that, this system has a technical service capable of adapting this program based on your needs, in the shortest possible time.
I really like OpenRMA because it allows me to carry out an exhaustive monitoring of the market, in order to be able to carry out the respective repairs based on their strengths and weaknesses of each product and their respective sales processes.
As this system does not have a storage service in the cloud, it gives you the possibility to create your own server without problems, always with the assistance and supervision of the technical support team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
