I think that doing performance reviews in this structure really helps my growth as an engineer. It brings much-needed visibility on different aspects like objectives or time off. What I love in particular is that this visibility can be customised according to the company's roles. I find notifications especially useful because I don't have to remember to check birthdays or to ask colleagues about the status of a feedback or performance review. What I like most about working with Mirro is their openness to suggestions and feedback.
