"Optimizes and simplifies business administrative processes."

4.5/5

What do you like best about Metatask?

It is a very easy to use program because its interface is very intuitive, and makes this tool is easy to understand and configure, provides the ability to manage the workflow of a company or a team, so it can be implemented in any organization, allows you to work from pre-designed templates that are customizable to meet their business needs through creating a process and performs the assignment of tasks automatically, maintaining a great set of features in a simplified process Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Metatask?

Despite being a program that still needs development or updates is very functional, I would just like to make integrations to other complementary programs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Metatask solving and how is that benefiting you?

Although we have little time using this software has allowed us to optimize and simplify our workflows with respect to our sales and purchasing department, and because DEPODCAST. COM (name of the company where I work) is an online store is of vital importance so it evidences the performance of the program with the increased our response time for our sales team and our customers. Additionally we have significantly increased communication between the members of the different work teams that make up the company. On the other hand another feature that has worked very well are the recurring tasks or templates that make up a large part of the business and Metatask takes care of everything. The business processes are documented, on the other hand I like to assign tasks to departments instead of specific employees in order to guarantee a better productivity of the employees and to increase the levels of efficiency, another aspect to emphasize is that it is of great help to establish deadlines and we all must fulfill the objectives and goals within that period of time without generating stress or additional pressure in all the members of the work team. "Simple and powerful BPM for SMBs"

5/5

What do you like best about Metatask?

Clean interface, simple to use - both to create processes and for employees to work on tasks. It took less than a week to fully automate management of all our HR, recruitment and IT processes. Zapier support was handy to automate integration with our other apps (G-Suite). Metatask feels more agile than our previous BPM tool - it is possible to reopen already completed process tasks and fix any data entry mistakes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Metatask?

Would like to see built-in reports and ability to store actual data (like employees, projects) and use it inside processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Metatask:

You should consider it only if your approach to BPM is more agile, since software naturally allows reopening already completed manual tasks, changing approval editing forms data etc. It worked perfectly for our team since we work in a very agile fashion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Metatask solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a manager I can get complete picture of all currently running processes for all our teams. Work feels much better organised and we do not ask for updates in emails anymore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hello there! We are happy to hear you liked Metatask. In a recent update we have increased limits on file uploads to accommodate even most demanding workflows with the need to exchange large PDFs, graphical designs and other similar documents.
