**What do you like best about MakePlans?**

Been happy with using this app as it has many integrations that we use. We require payment using Stripe. There are also many settings to easily configure how the booking site works.

**What do you dislike about MakePlans?**

Help site is limited but email support is very good however phone support is not always available.

**What problems is MakePlans solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our customers use it to book online with us. It has also helped us get rid of manual work since there are many integrations.
