"Challenge" option is not very clear to me how to built it. I love the "ice breaker" thing which help with internal meeting when people does not necessarly work together. It helps create a "team thing". **What do you dislike about Klaxoon?** I love their template and we use a few of them, but more template for specific needs would be awesome (like calendar more specific for holidays). Also, the integration with Microsoft Teams is perfect but a little few improvments are still needed. **What problems is Klaxoon solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our group meeting are far more efficient with Klaxoon. You can provide one code to the participant and run the entire workshop from there. Great integration with Microsoft Teams with is really helpful to manage meeting online. I like the possibility to run from any device. I also really like to ability to export all the data from the ideation session and use this data with a reporting tool such as Power BI to provide additional insights. The flexibility of Klaxoon is really impressive when you get into the notion of a meeting that allows to have packaged experience. We have a lot of people using Klaxoon and the networks and the possibility to share templates across an entire organization is also a big plus from Klaxoon. Security is also top of mind and Klaxoon allows to manage well invitation of participants and securing access to the board. Accessibility is also something that Klaxoon is including into the design of the tool. I like the UI that is also engaging and that makes ideation a fun exercise with people who are really engaging using Klaxoon as well. Klaxoon has been also a great tool to use with coaching and training and allows use to have large amount of people on one board without performance issues. **What do you dislike about Klaxoon?** There is nothing I dislike per say. Just maybe some fine tuning here and there about some choice in term of UI and maybe trim down a bit some graphically appealing things which are sometime taking over effectiveness. Solution is really rich and maybe including more tutorials would be great to reduce learning curve when using more advanced capabilities. **What problems is Klaxoon solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using Klaxoon with customer engagement, training and coaching our field sellers. Among the benefits we have been able to reduce the need of travel and run super effective meetings online. We are seeing significant impact of sales by leveraging envisioning workshops ran with Klaxoon, it resulted in increasing win rate by focusing on helping our customers solve their problems. We are also able to support our large sales organization by being able to provide them with customized templates based on our customer industries and our solutions. We are also able to run large training and onboarding online sessions and make them super interactive. Very easy to use and has reduced project team time, efficiency, and effectiveness of the teams. We had a large meeting (200 employees) with an external facilitator. We wanted to make it interactive and encourage input from our employees - we were able to divide the employees into 3 breakout groups, assign them to a board and a member of my team facilitated a problem-solving brainstorm and share the ideas with everyone.
