To recolor individual icons from the template library is way overcomplicated and completely unnecessary. PowerPoint slides put people to sleep. Klaxoon is able to help us get everyone in the 'virtual' room to pay attention. It also encourages participation. I like the voting and word cloud features and being able to poll a room in an instant and the use of the sticky notes. There's zero lag and it fits right in to our other day-to-day tools like TEAMS, which saves us a ton of time. Being able to export everything out into a PDF or an Excel file is also incredibly helpful. We see Klaxoon as a great ROI as we're able to utilize the program to push forward our Safety culture. I haven't used the support feature too much just yet, but it's been easy enough to learn and navigate. I've not run into many challenges with onboarding. I've also not used the AI feature, but look forward to utilizing it in the future as I become more comfortable with what the program can offer as far as intelligence. With the way the world is moving, I believe the AI/Intelligence incorporation could be a game-changer even moreso. **What do you dislike about Klaxoon?** The only note I'll make here is regarding the mobile experience. We continuously encourage our teams and participants to access from a desktop/laptop because the experience on a cell phone or tablet is not nearly as smooth. The display looks cramped and it's not as easy to interact. It also acts a time machine or collective memory. I liked being able to do different colored sticky notes, and the anonymity feature was nice. Using Klaxoon was like a virtual whiteboard where people could quickly post from their computer or phone, instead of using physical sticky notes. **What do you dislike about Klaxoon?** It took a minute to figure out how to use the platform, especially posting sticky notes into different categories as the instructor wanted. **What problems is Klaxoon solving and how is that benefiting you?** Klaxoon helps instructors get feedback quickly with anonymous, colored sticky notes on virtual whiteboards, accessible from computers or phones. ### 48.
