**What do you like best about Jemini?**

Jemini is onboarding fresh recruits, overseeing worker data, and following time-off demands are each of the a breeze. This unified framework saves me a lot of time contrasted with shuffling different bookkeeping sheets and applications.

**What do you dislike about Jemini?**

The pre-constructed reports are essential and come up short on customization choices I really want. Producing reports that give further bits of knowledge into labor force patterns, representative execution which is a dreary and tedious interaction.

**What problems is Jemini solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jemini has decreased the managerial weight on my HR office. Uniting worker information, robotizing work processes, and offering self-administration choices for representatives have opened up important energy for more essential HR drives.

The pre-constructed reports are restricted in extension and customization choices are negligible. This makes it hard to create the particular reports I really want to dissect key HR measurements.
