**What do you like best about Invoiced?**

I really like Invoiced for several reasons. I've noticed that our customer acceptance rate shot up from about 15% or 20% to almost 60% when we switched to Invoiced from a competitor product. A big plus is that it doesn't require a password; customers get a link in their email to log in. I also like that the platform is highly customizable, allowing us to display our detailed time-of-service invoices on the portal and manipulate statements for automatic payments in a way that suits our customer's preferences. The fact that Invoiced was able to write custom code for us quickly and inexpensively to suit our needs was fantastic. Their built-in features are easy to use, and I appreciate that it's possible to customize if needed. Another thing I like is their customer support, which has been very good over the years; they're always responsive and eager to help. Invoiced integrates nicely with our accounting package, which was a major factor in allowing us to manage a large number of fleet customers efficiently without adding more staff. The setup was pretty straightforward, and they even let us use a sandbox for months to test everything out before fully implementing it.

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

They have been very responsive in enhancing the product when we noticed a weakness.  And with the robust customization options, we have been able to operate the portal exactly as needed.

**What problems is Invoiced solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Invoiced provides a self-service portal that makes invoice review and payment easy for our fleet customers. It solves issues of missing invoices by offering easy access to copies and it automates payments, reducing labor-intensive paper handling and boosting payment convenience.

**What do you like best about Invoiced?**

I like that Invoiced makes it easy to provide an invoice to my clients. It's convenient that all my clients' contacts and previous invoices are saved on one website. I find it stable and convenient to just tap the name of a client and have their information pop up right away. It's great that when I open the website, I can easily access the invoice page and fill out the form.

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

Since recently, the price was increased a lot. Normally, we are a small company, and we don't really use all the functions of Invoiced. Before, it was almost like below 20 US dollars, but now it's like 120 US dollars. So, it just feels like since we just use the very simple functions, they are not really worth it for me right now.

**What problems is Invoiced solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Invoiced makes it easy to provide invoices to clients instantly without searching for templates, and it saves all client information and past invoices in one place, offering convenience.

**What do you like best about Invoiced?**

Afer using Invoiced for a while now, I really appreciate the quick customer support. You can chat instantly with them or email/call and they respond quickly. They recently had a migration and it was super smooth. 

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

Invoiced has improved their ACH/CC adding payment method. It is easy for us to do it rather than reaching out to the customer. Invoiced can improve their time in fixing bugs in the system. Recently, we had customer payments showing pending for over 3 weeks and our customers were getting upset that they didn't show cleared. 

**What problems is Invoiced solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have had many problems with our old payment processing company since switching to Invoiced; their customer service and online chat support is immediate and so super helpful! If I have any questions, they answer them almost immediately. They also have loads of documentation where you can find tons of helpful material/resources.

**What do you like best about Invoiced?**

Nothing new that has changed they they offer. 

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

When I first used invoiced I was paying $9/month. A few years later they raised it to $19/month. I just got an email that they are again raising it and now it will be $102/month! I emailed to inquire and they said that was correct, which just tells me they don't want any small businesses anymore which is disappointing. I will no longer use them and cannot recommend them for businesses my size.

The platform is easy to use and user friendly. My clients get an email and invoice very easily.

Invoiced is very easy to use. We use it as a team that chases AR. The chasing cadences are extremely helpful for staying on track. Invoiced support has been helpful when issues arise. Integration with QBO works well. Pricing is reasonable. Invoiced has helped us lower our days sales outstanding. We have had minimal issues with performance.

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

There are very few downsides to Invoiced. We did have one instance where some older already paid invoices were sent to our customers but customer support was quick to resolve the issue.

I find Invoiced to be very intuitive and easy to use for daily tasks. The platform's integrations with EarthClass Mail and QuickBooks greatly enhance efficiency by reducing manual data entry. These integrations make the payment tracking and reconciliation process smoother and more accurate. The initial setup was very intuitive and exceeded my expectations. Overall, connecting Invoiced with our other tools makes everything more efficient.

Credits could be easier to manage and understand, especially in terms of visibility and history. A dedicated section in the client account to track credit activity would make this much clearer and more user-friendly.

I like the ease of the interface for our customers with Invoiced. It helps because they don't need a login, so they tend to review and pay us faster. The initial setup of Invoiced was very easy, which was a great plus.

On the admin side, the logs of messages and attachments can get a bit confusing. I think a slightly more robust interface would be more useful - showing all messages in a more streamlined way.

**What do you like best about Invoiced?**

Invoiced has helped me to make my billing almost effortless. Finally I have a way to easily invoice my clients and track all payments. The invoices look professional. Im also a small buisness but I use Invoiced like an accounting department. So when I email a client it appears to cme from someone doing my books. I also love the auto reminder feature that you can set to send out remineders to pay and then not have to think about it.

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

I would love if they could incorporate a timesheet tracker so I can log my hours without using a seperate application.

Invoiced keeps all of my billing in one place which is easily searchable and trackable. No more spreadsheets and random invoices that I used to use with each client. Now it's all in one place and I can search anything regarding my clients billing and payments.

**What do you like best about Invoiced?**

The user-friendly interface is helpful with this. For someone who is just learning how to use it, they're able to pick up very quickly. I love being able to provide a portal to our guests so they can easily input their payment method, change the card if needed, and have a live view of their invoice! The reports they offer are incredible. We're able to see stats of our consultants from years ago! It's all in one place, and you can export a report easily.

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

We have had one glitch with invoiced which was pretty bad. Luckily, our billing department was able to get in contact with them directly to take care of the problem..

Overall keeping clients billing information organized and easy to access. You can see their history of old purchases and easily create new invoices for new purchases.

The platform is so user friendly. The chasing cadence has been very helpful in reducing our team's need to spend time hunting down users to pay their invoices. Also, I love their portal for our customers to use, makes it so easy. It integrates with Xero so our accounting is easy to track as well. Whenever I have issues, Mike from customer support answers my questions immediately and always goes above and beyond.

There were some issues with the flywire transition but seems to be working better now

Before invoiced, we used Netsuite to invoice our customers. It worked fine but it did not have an easy to use customer portal and any overdue invoices had to be chased down by our team which took alot of manpower, invoiced has provided both of these options for us!

I has been very difficult to get in contact with assistance and customer service. There has been issues with the data syncing causing an issue with double payments.

The platform itself is straightforward to use, with intuitive invoice creation and support for recurring billing and payment plans. It integrates well with accounting workflows and offers clean, professional invoice templates. When working correctly, it’s a solid tool for managing AR.

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

The biggest issue is the lack of transparency and consistency in pricing. I was quoted multiple different rates for the same service, with no clear explanation of invoice limits or features. When I questioned this and referred to a prior written offer from their own account executive, my account was cancelled without consent. The reactivation process also failed due to a broken payment gateway, and support has been slow and disjointed. Overall, the post-acquisition experience under Flywire has been extremely poor.

Invoiced helped us automate recurring billing for clients on payment plans, reducing manual invoicing tasks and improving cash flow visibility. The ability to generate and email invoices, track status, and manage collections in one place was useful, especially for a service-based business handling multiple clients monthly.

**What do you like best about Invoiced?**

I used to like it.  Now I hate it and would never recommend it to anyone.

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

I was a subscriber with them for about 8 years or so. I had close to 100 monthly subscriptions recurring subscriptions with most of them being on autopayment with saved payment methods. Without warning, they removed all the payment profiles so that I couldn't process transactions through stripe anymore. And when I reached out, it took a WEEK to hear back from them. Their excuse was that they were bought out and were switching people to their own payment processing platform. That tells you how they treat their customers. They don't care and more-so, they are abusive to their customers in their policies.

It doesn't benefit me at all anymore. All of my subscriptions were canceled without warning. I submitted a ticket and it took them a week to get back to me.  And they hide their phone numbers so you can't call them. Terrible, terrible, terrible.  Stay away.

Invoiced makes it incredibly easy to manage recurring billing, track outstanding invoices, and automate payment reminders. The interface is clean and intuitive, and the customer portal provides clients with a seamless way to pay online, either monthly or upon invoicing. The integrations with accounting tools like QuickBooks and Xero help keep everything in sync without manual data entry.

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

The reporting dashboard could be a little more customizable. While the standard reports cover most needs, it would be nice to drill deeper into metrics without exporting data. Additionally, the initial setup takes some time to fine-tune if you have a more complex billing structure.

The platform has a clean user interface and a well-documented API, which made it easy to build custom integrations. When I first started using Invoiced, it felt like a solid and flexible solution for managing billing and payments.

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

Support has become extremely slow and unreliable—sometimes taking months to resolve basic issues. After being acquired by Flywire, Invoiced forced all users to switch payment processors without any choice, and now I’m dealing with a company I have no relationship with. I’ve invested a lot in integrating with Invoiced, so switching platforms is difficult, and it feels like I’m being held hostage by a declining service.

Invoiced helped automate recurring billing, collections, and invoice tracking, which saved time and reduced manual errors. The API also allowed us to integrate billing data directly into our internal systems, streamlining our financial workflows. Initially, this brought significant operational efficiency.

It’s user-friendly and includes all the functionality I need.

I don’t have any suggestions, since I only needed it for fairly basic functions, and it worked well for that.

We don’t need invoicing very often, so it’s reassuring to have a solid service we can rely on whenever the need comes up.

It is very easy to create a new payment plan for clients and the options/features you get when setting that up are very convenient and accurate to what we used to offer to our clients. Autopay and the email reminders have been very useful! Their Support Team is great!

They don't have an integration with Confido yet so we haven't been able to import our older clients' payment methods into Invoiced, so we would have ask our clients to to do that manually and we are afraid they won't like it.

It was extremely easy to integrate with Sage Intacct.  The functionality also helped with anticipating customer payments based on past payment history.  Another great feature was the ability to collaborate with customers and allow them to input credit card data to mitigate PCI compliance issues.

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

We did have some occasional syncing issues between Sage Intacct and Invoiced so it required us to regularly reconcile both systems to ensure accuracy.

It allowed me to have visibility into collection notes to determine if a customer who is a late payer had been contacted and what the payment status may be.  Additionally, it allowed a portal for customer to view outstanding invoices and initiate payments on a one-time or recurring basis.

It allows us to not only bill our customers efficiently but the chasing funcitonality allows us to contact a large group of customers that are facing disconnection easily and without having to make hundreds of phone calls.  We also recently implemented Twilio and the ease of getting it set up was great.   Their customer support is also exemplary.  They are quick and knowledgeable.

we desperately wish that bulk texting through automation was available.  It would make our jobs so much easier for us to collect payments and our customers say that being able to make a payment on the fly would be really helpful versus having to log in to their computer when they get home; which a lot claim they forget to do.

Only good thing about the system is the UI... Ease of use, when the system actually works properly.

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

I'm *incredibly surprised* that this company has received a best-in-class/leader award. There are so many glitches in their system, it's mind-blowing and I've gotten to the point of not reporting them anymore because no good ever comes of it. I've reported glitches multiple times, and I still experience them. They generally don't have any solutions to issues, and generally don't seem to care about fixing them. Just a few glitches for example:

-Subscription with autopay on not being collected automatically,
-Invoices not being created by the system for subscriptions on a monthly payment plan (no error messages, I just come across these randomly)
-Fully setup subscriptions temporarily showing as "$0/month" (Came across this randomly)
-Issues with Invoiced not accepting the micro-deposit amounts from clients (Alerted to me by clients, I get this fixed by going around Invoiced and straight to Stripe)
-Sometimes when setting up a subscription, the system (perhaps something to do with the coding?) will change the monthly or annual price that's entered by a few dollars less (I've witnessed this dozens of times)

I've brought these issues up with this support department, especially no.5 multiple times, with little help/explanation in return. At least twice a week, I need to set aside time to look through the list of all the open invoices to look for anything that may appear unusual. This should not have to happen.

The reporting capabilities are minimum, and it's surprising the things you aren't able to report on that you would expect to be able to. Do I have the ability to download all the subscription plans we have in Invoiced to do a thorough check of how many people are on each plan? No. Do the number of plans you have exceed the number Invoiced will show on one page? Well you're out of luck because they don't provide the option to scroll to a "next page" so you can just look at the first "page". The sales tax reporting is wonky, and we've had to invest in Avalara to get proper sales tax reporting as we can't get it from Invoiced. I could continue listing off the inconveniences of this platform, but it's tiring, and I'm so glad we are in the process of switching away from them.

It gets the job of subscription billing done, at a minimum.

Invoiced is allowing us to automate a part of our business that was old, clunky and inefficient.   Everyone on the Invoiced team from sales, to onboarding, to technical support are super at what they do!  Unlike companies that force you to use "chat bots" these are smart and helpful people who answer questions and help solve problems!  The software offers many robust features and has very good API/ developer customization tools that allow us to tweak things to work best for our company processes and flows.

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

The only real negative is more related to the limited fileds and rigidity to the fields that sync in from Quickbooks DESKTOP.  However, this is typical of the QB desktop integration with most apps/ software.

Invoiced is helping us to organize and standardize our invoicing and collections.   We are converting from what was a very manual, labor intensive process.

It's very intuitive and user friendly. We were able to quickly implement the platform and drastically improve the user experience, both for our customers and our staff. The integration with Quickbooks Online has worked well. When we occasionaly have issues, support has been responsive and brought quick solutions. We use this platform daily and are grateful to have found Invoiced. There are many feature we haven't even leveraged for our organization yet, and it has still been a lift to our team.

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

It would be nice if it had a few more options or simple customization of reporting. To have custom reports, I'd need to upgrade my plan, so I don't blame Invoiced for our choice not to upgrade. The boxed reports are helpful, but sometimes I need a slightly different view or level of metrics that I am unable to pull.

Before Invoiced, all of our billing was processed through Quickbooks Online and all effort for managing the accounts and follow up was incredibly manual and documented outside of the system. **What do you like best about Invoiced?**

Invoiced is a fairly easy platform, even for a novice like me.  I love the fact that their customer service is so responsive when I do encounter a problem or have a question.  I also like having updates on unpaid invoices and that client information can be kept on hand for reoccurring business.

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

Some functions might no be immediately evident to use.

My business is small at the moment but as it grows, I see Invoiced as a great tool to keep up with my needs.

Easy to use , understand the settings, connectivity, separation of the taxes

Not so many theme to choose, sometimes i would like to design my own invoice theme it's not just so many options

There is no problem with this part , as i am using their demo and it is totally free i love their email sending system which is directly from the site to the customer !

The interface is easy to navigate, looks sleek and is intuitive to use. The support person I have been in contact with is fantastic, knowledgeable, patient and friendly despite my frustration being new to the system.

Time difference, live chat support isn't always available which means some issues raised do not get a response until the next business day.

**What problems is Invoiced solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to manage subscription billing for our users, reports and dashboard allows us to easily track our KPIs.

The ability to automatically add a credit card service fee.

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

It was a little bumpy start attempting to sync the past invoices and payments with the new system. They have input a new feature that solved the problem we incurred.

**What problems is Invoiced solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were spending tens of thousands every year on credit card fees, but now we are able to pass that expense on to the clients. This has encouraged many of our clients to pay with ACH payments instead. It is also nice to have a payment portal for our clients to easily view past invoices.
