"The Research Platform of Sheer Ease and Time Saving"

What do you like best about Indeemo?

Easy collation of a large amount of data responses in both video and text form. Along with an AI function that can pull together automatic transcripts, time stamps of quotes, themes etc. etc. It makes your life as a researcher so much easier, because you don't have to sit through hours of video (still good practice to do so). Ease of segmentation. The AI is incredibly fast, which is surprising given the sheer amount of data I select for it to use as a reference Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Indeemo?

I think that sometimes the AI function for whatever reason doesn't allow new prompts to be asked, irrespective of how many tokens I have left. I've tried deleting old prompts incase I have hit a chat limit, and have also tried restarting. But the only fix I have seen is to just come back another time. Furthermore, I don't like the lack of private message function. In my last project, I wanted to give each participants three topics to respond to individually. But I had to email them rather than message since there is no option (or obvious and findable option) to do this Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Indeemo solving and how is that benefiting you?

It organises certain pieces of research such that is all in one place. Means I don't get constant emails if I were to be doing this without a platform. The best part is genuinely just that its all in one place, its easy, I was offered a set up call when we started to run me through it all. it is just ease, and time saving which is just exactly what you want. What do you like best about Indeemo?

It's good value for what you get. Straightforward set up and user friendly, which is important considering the range of ages and digital savviness amongst our panels. Like the analytics panels and the AI features. Not had any problems technically - anything we didn't know how to do the support team are very responsive and have solved quickly. We often run short term online communities for clients, and this means we don't need to manually stay in touch with multiple participants via WhatsApp or similar. It allows us to gather various streams of data into a single source/dashboard. The visual elements are also impressive for clients. What problems is Indeemo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Indeemo solves the core challenge of capturing real, in-context behavior and feedback over time, rather than relying solely on point-in-time interviews or surveys. Before using it, following participants over several days or weeks meant a heavy manual burden: scheduling repeated check-ins, chasing people for updates, and often losing the spontaneity of in-the-moment reactions.

The benefits I see:

Time efficiency — I no longer need to organize multiple live touchpoints to track a participant's experience over time. Tasks are scheduled and delivered automatically, freeing up my time for analysis rather than logistics.

Authenticity of data — participants log their experience as it happens, in their own environment, which reduces the recall bias you get with retrospective interviews.

Scalability — I can run studies with more participants over longer periods without proportionally increasing the research team's workload.

Centralized, richer evidence — having video, photo, and written feedback in one place makes it easier to build compelling, evidence-based narratives for clients or internal stakeholders, going beyond what a transcript alone can convey.

Indeemo is very user-friendly, especially when it comes to setting up projects. The account and support team are also great and genuinely helpful whenever I need them. The dashboard layout and tools make it much simpler to analyze large amounts of information without feeling overwhelmed. What do you like best about Indeemo?

I find Indeemo incredibly easy to use and quick, especially with their amazing new AI tool that makes analysis and prompting smooth and fast. I appreciate their strong system, which never goes down, and the 24/7 service that's fast and responsive, including human support that helps with all things design, fieldwork, and analysis. The AI tool also stands out for supporting analysis and finding information quickly. I enjoy the ability to classify participants myself, without needing extra support and at my own pace.
