Effortless Data Capture, But Sign-In Needs Improvement if You're Both a Moderator and a User

Easy to capture information anywhere at anytime and the data processing/reviewing methods. Support is fantastic, weather it be an email or a online meeting, they work to help us leverage the full power of the system. (Side note, I absolutely love the "Understand the humans that matter to you in the moments that matter to them." this perfectly sums up what I strive for every day.)

Intuitive UX and Fast Setup Make Research Easy

It's fairly intuitive across it's UX design and have frequently used the AI analysis tool to capture summary insights or key quotes to support my research argument. I also appreciate the filters to help quickly navigate responses from participants and it's super quick to set-up a research study with minimal friction. The service is also fantastic and always feel like there is someone I can reach out to for any request no matter how big or small.

Indeemo is incredibly user-friendly for all its users, including participants, researchers, and clients. Unlike other online research platforms we have used, Indeemo provides a mobile app that supports our key unique selling proposition: being present with consumers in the moment and capturing live facial expressions, behaviors, and struggles. The AI-driven summary and analysis feature has been tremendously helpful, acting as a reliable assistant for the studies I conducted using Indeemo.
