**What do you like best about HelloNote?**

I like that HelloNote is created with therapists' needs in mind, especially in creating templates, easily sending plan of cares, and creating automatic rules for cases. The automatic two-part audit before submitting claims for billing is really helpful. Moreover, it makes managing cases easier, especially with newer staff and assistants, ensuring that all intended parts of the carried-over note are complete. The initial setup of HelloNote was very easy.

**What do you dislike about HelloNote?**

I feel like the user interface needs a big facelift. The app should be more usable. I wish I could choose which boxes are highlighted to remind clinicians to modify copied over sections.

**What problems is HelloNote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HelloNote streamlines documentation and billing for my mobile therapy practice. It was created with therapists in mind, with features like templates, automatic rules, and audits making case management easier, especially for new staff.

It has few if any cons that are not a huge deal

We are streamlining my documentation and medical billing

**What do you like best about HelloNote?**

The support I have received from the day I contacted them for a demo.  Any time I have a questions/concern/problem, they respond quickly.
The EMR is also very user friendly and customizable to my needs.

**What do you dislike about HelloNote?**

I can only choose one descriptor for some items, like gait.  but there is a box to type in so I typically just use that to list all deviations.
Due to the current pandemic, I have not used the billing side of the system so can not comment on that

**What problems is HelloNote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So far the benefit is the ease of documentation.  
I am hopeful that when I do start using the billing, it will be a huge benefit because it will save me time from doing it myself
