I like that HaloITSM was simple to set up and easy to use. It effectively logs all tickets from our employees regarding IT break/fix issues. Its AI capabilities are also a plus, helping us create documentation for common problems and figure out trending data, which enhances our workflow efficiency. I don't like that the resolution state going from pending to resolution requires some extra steps. I wish some items were more customizable in the program, especially how the ticket goes from cradle to grave. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
