What do you dislike about HENO?

I did not like anything about this service. I did not value the tools; they are very difficult to deal with. Terrible customer service and problems with payment processing left and right. Half of the time payment processing didn’t work and it took a very long time to set up. The initial setup was very difficult and not easy at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HENO?

Very easy to learn and put to use. Tabs are self explanatory. Heno has the ability to streamline all activities into one system for the entire practice. I have been impressed with the functionality of this program. You can customize it to your practice needs. I would highly recommend this software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HENO?

I love that Heno allows you to do billing, documentation, faxing, and scheduling all within one system. It is very easy to navigate and use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At times, HENO can shut down which is an inconvenience, but that happens with a lot of EMR systems, and does not happen very often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
