Would not change something. **What problems is ERPAG solving and how is that benefiting you?** ERPAG helps us manage the most important parts of our business in one place, including sales, production, inventory, purchasing, and supplies. It does it all for you **What do you dislike about ERPAG?** Trying to customise features of ERPAG to suit your business needs can be tricky if you're not necessarily tech savy. Also you have random glitches that stuff up the formatting **What problems is ERPAG solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is an all in one software from purchasing to selling, and has most of the features that are needed ### 3. Unbeatable power for the money **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2025 **What do you like best about ERPAG?** Lots of solutions claim to track inventory, but as a third party logistics provider I need to track inventory not only by quantity but also by serial and lot numbers (expiration dates). I could find no other reasonably priced solution for that task. The app is also pretty intuitive and therefore easy to implement (for an ERP, which always has challenges). Originally I was going to pair it with Xero for accounting funtionality, but I found that Erpag's native financial modules were adequate to my needs. Still, I discovered that integrating it with Xero was a breeze--click, click, done. There is no software to install, so I can get what I need from any computer connected to the internet. **What do you dislike about ERPAG?** There are some jargon adjustmets to make. As an experienced user of ERP systems, it was counterintuiteve to adjust from assembly and subassembly to "BoM" prouducts, and what Erpag considers "kits" i wouldn't even perceive as a core ERP function. Understanding the Erpag lingo is easy to accomplish, however, with solid chat support and live screenshares. There is always slots available for support. Nearly always on the same day. Even the multiple tutorials on youtube are really helpful. **What do you dislike about ERPAG?** I'm yet to find a downside. I have been a user now for 10 months and everything is going really well. **What problems is ERPAG solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a business we never know what stock levels we had. Which made it hard when taking orders. That is now solved. ### 6. The collaboration, integration and mobility of ERPAG has been a life saver. **What do you dislike about ERPAG?** ERPAG will not read your mind. Maybe someday. **Recommendations to others considering ERPAG:** You will say to yourself that this is too good to be true, compared to the other ERP programs out there. I am here to tell you that I have found ERPAG to be amazing and it is TRUE. The information that you can pull from your entered data is amazing. The answers to your Executive staff will impress them. That is my Testimony. **What problems is ERPAG solving and how is that benefiting you?** Legible and efficient Purchase Orders, Greater Inventory control and product management, collaborative production monitoring and Financial reporting. Information to the Executive Staff and Investors at an alarming pace. I have been able to answer questions about the sales numbers before I am asked. As a project manager and responsible person for exports I actively use that system in order to create new quotation on our products to show my clients. It's user friendly. easy to learn, and gives you 100 GB place to save your cutomers' data there. **What do you dislike about ERPAG?** I can't say I dislike, but I do say sometimes I do least like the program itself because it's considered for as a cloud system. And sometimes it's annoying that you have to work with clients, however there is a weak internet connection.
