## Dynatrace Reviews
 ### 1. Davis AI Delivers Clear Root-Cause Insights and Real-Time User Monitoring

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sabina K. | IT Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Dynatrace?**

I am in love with Davis AI, which does not merely yell that something went wrong it explains why. You get a single answer as opposed to receiving 100 confusing alerts, which saves a huge amount of troubleshooting time. It follows up on what your customers are doing on your site or app in real-time. You are able to know where they are stuck or slow pages to them, which is a massive assistance in keeping users happy.

**What do you dislike about Dynatrace?**

It is one of the most expensive tools on the market. It takes a lot of training to get your team up to speed. Getting the advanced features like custom business dashboards to work exactly how you want them requires a ton of manual effort.

**What problems is Dynatrace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dynatrace has been instrumental in helping us to know when our app is slow or broken before customers notice them. It has helped to save a lot of time so that we can focus on critical issues.

 ### 2. Fully Automated Root-Cause Analysis with Lightning-Fast Performance

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chirag A. | Software Automation Developer, Transportation/Trucking/Railroad, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Dynatrace?**

It’s fully automated. Rather than just flagging an issue, the AI pinpoints the exact root cause, taking much of the human effort out of troubleshooting.
Also it integreates seamlessly with any custom or saas based apps.
The performance is lightning speed fast with ease of accessbility and UI.
The onboarding is pretty straight forward by installing oneAgent for complete monitoring.

**What do you dislike about Dynatrace?**

The Costing is very expensive compared to other counterparts making it inaccessible for many small to mid sized companies. The big Giants can afford this but any new startup would have a challenge in procuring it.
The learning cuve is also complex, it requires significant training and time investment. Also for some topics and troubleshooting errors the documentation is outdated with specific frameworks so I have to use trial and error.

**What problems is Dynatrace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me unify observability and security while minimizing data silos. I can keep all the logs, metrics, and user behavior in one place. With Davis AI, it provides a single, precise root cause for performance issues, which reduces the time I spend on manual diagnosis.
For me the increased productivity and for the team and also real user monitoring allow me to ee exactly where customers encounter friction or crashes, leading to higher satisfaction and conversion rates.
I can correlate technical performance directly with business KPIs, such as tracking how a slow checkout process impacts revenue or conversion rates

 ### 3. Dynatrace Enables Exceptional Next-Gen Experiences

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luc B. | Strategy & Transformation Lead - DXC Consulting & Engineering Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Dynatrace?**

The product is marketed to everyone—from execs to designers, marketers, and engineers. That broad appeal helps drive innovation across the enterprise and prevents teams from siloing their technology stack. It’s easy to use, straightforward to implement, and quick to deliver results. I also appreciate its “business process first, technology second” vision, which is rare in the observability space but genuinely critical to making observability successful for a customer.

**What do you dislike about Dynatrace?**

Unable to migrate between tenants without easily losing data.

AI tooling needs to be consistent across all areas of the product.

The user experience is inconsistent between the new experience and the classic experience.

The consumption-based charging model isn’t clear—for example, what a query actually costs in currency terms, or how it maps to a percentage of the annual commitment.

**What problems is Dynatrace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dynatrace enables business-grade visibility across the enterprise IT estate, connecting key business KPIs back to the infrastructure that supports those processes. This straightforward convergence of the business and technology worlds helps non-technical stakeholders understand the importance of their technology stack through an engineering-led approach, rather than relying on slideware.

 ### 4. The #1 Observability Tool for Implementing and Monitoring Applications

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pankaj B. | Junior Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Dynatrace?**

Dynatrace is one of the powerful observability and infrastructure monitoring tools. It expands its capabilities with APM, DEM, and infra monitoring, along with support for databases and multiple cloud platforms. I use it daily to monitor applications and our cloud stack.

It has wide integration support with third-party tools, so we can integrate and monitor almost everything in Dynatrace. They also provide active customer support, helping us when we get stuck and resolving our problems and issues.

We can monitor our application’s golden metrics, such as logs, metrics, traces, and events, along with CPU, memory, disk, and other infrastructure metrics. Overall, it’s one of the best and most user-friendly tools to monitor and secure our applications.

**What do you dislike about Dynatrace?**

There’s nothing to dislike. It’s the number 1 observability tool to use, implement, and monitor applications.

**What problems is Dynatrace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In Dynatrace, we can set up alerts based on anomalies as well as static thresholds. It can notify you before your application goes down, or when any issue occurs, helping you keep things secure. We can also set service-level boundaries for SLA, SLO, and SLI. In addition, we can create multiple dashboards for the DevOps team to keep an eye on the application’s performance. Overall, it helps you secure your application and address problems before it goes down.

 ### 5. Dynatrace: Best-in-Class Monitoring with Broad Coverage and Low Overhead

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Dynatrace?**

It’s one of the best monitoring tools available out there. Whatever infrastructure you need to monitor, Dynatrace has it covered—SQL, EC2, application servers, and more.

**What do you dislike about Dynatrace?**

It offers a solid range of metrics that you can set up to suit your needs. You can choose between a full-stack install or an infra-only setup, which is a nice option to have. Honestly, there’s nothing to hate: it doesn’t consume a lot of resources and just quietly gathers all the monitoring data with zero impact on users.

**What problems is Dynatrace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Is the instance down? Is the service down? Is the load on a resource reaching its threshold, or is it just unusual activity? Dynatrace helps answer all of that.

 ### 6. As close to single pane of glass as you can get

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew H. | NOC Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Dynatrace?**

The ability to pull in so many different sources of information into one solution and make that available to your entire organization.

**What do you dislike about Dynatrace?**

They know the value they provide and charge you accordingly, it can be very difficult to digest the cost of the tool and it can be difficult to manage your organization's consumption of licensing.

**What problems is Dynatrace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They're broad integrations make it easy to consolidate what used to be multiple tools into one platform. Also, enabling the ability to take what used to just be IT performance information and extract business data from that is a great value add. The automated root cause analysis was also a huge boon to reducing our down time from outages.

 ### 7. Unified Monitoring that works at scale

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Keith S. | Application Performance Monitoring Specialist

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Dynatrace?**

I use Dynatrace to support IT teams by simplifying the end-to-end capability around monitoring, which reduces the complexity of fragmented data by providing a single pane of glass. I appreciate the depth and breadth of the supported technologies and the way it standardizes the visualizations of data. Dynatrace consolidates a wide range of technologies into a common view, which is really helpful since our organization has to monitor many different technologies, both old and new. The initial setup was also very easy, especially since we have a SaaS platform, making agent deployment smooth and simple.

**What do you dislike about Dynatrace?**

I would say the dashboarding. It's very block-like in its layout. While this is great for simplification, there are times when it would be good to have the ability to fully customize them with potentially overlapping dashboard widgets, backgrounds, logos, etc.

**What problems is Dynatrace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Dynatrace to support IT teams with monitoring and observability. It simplifies monitoring by consolidating data into a single pane, reducing complexity from fragmented data.

 ### 8. Effortless Service Mapping and Insightful Dashboards

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sourabh K. | Senior Software Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Dynatrace?**

The way it automatically maps out services and dependencies is genuinely helpful, instead of guessing where an issue might be coming from, I can usually spot it pretty quickly. I also like how the dashboards pull everything together in a way that actually makes sense, even when there’s a lot of data flying around.

Another thing I appreciate is the alerts.

**What do you dislike about Dynatrace?**

There’s a lot of information packed into the dashboards, and it takes a while to get comfortable with where everything is and what each view actually means

**What problems is Dynatrace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instead of manually digging through logs or bouncing between different tools, it ties everything together and points me toward the actual root cause. That alone saves a ton of time during incidents.

 ### 9. Dynatrace Grail: Super Useful for Finding and Organizing Information

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim I. | Software Developer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Dynatrace?**

Dynatrace Grail is super useful in finding information with a large amount of options to organize and present it.

**What do you dislike about Dynatrace?**

Davis is the worst AI assistant I have ever used. I can not recall a situation where it has correctly answered a question and is constantly contradicted by the information it sources. I only use it to ask questions. It might be better at anomaly detection.

**What problems is Dynatrace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to search and share information insanely easy.

 ### 10. AI-Driven Observability with Clear Root-Cause Insights and Easy Onboarding

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lokesha K. | Lead - platform and automation, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Dynatrace?**

Dynatrace provides deep, AI-driven monitoring and observability across hybrid and multi-cloud environments, with excellent end-to-end visibility. Its AI engine automatically detects anomalies, reduces noise, and delivers clear root-cause insights. The Dynatrace interface is clean, the topology mapping is incredibly accurate, and the single-agent deployment makes onboarding very easy.

**What do you dislike about Dynatrace?**

Dynatrace’s pricing model can become expensive as environments scale, especially for organizations with large Kubernetes or microservices deployments. Integration with some ITSM tools also requires additional configuration effort.

**What problems is Dynatrace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dynatrace helps us achieve real-time observability across our infrastructure and cloud workloads. With AI providing automatic RCA, our MTTR has been reduced significantly. We’re also able to proactively detect performance degradation before end users are impacted.

 ### 11. Exceptional Performance, Easy Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luciana Cristina .

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Dynatrace?**

I like how Dynatrace applications enable access to information and the dashboards that support the business. I create dashboards that help my clients have a view of their services' performance and navigate through this information.

**What do you dislike about Dynatrace?**

I have some cases of dashboard migration from the classic version to the new interface that do not bring all the chart settings. Additionally, for some teams where the language is not supported, it has been more challenging after some tag and log rule definitions.

**What problems is Dynatrace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dynatrace reduces MTTR, assists in problem analysis, creates dashboards and notebooks, and validates the consistency of the environment.

 ### 12. Comprehensive Monitoring, Complex Setup

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan M.

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Dynatrace?**

I like putting all my data into one platform with Dynatrace, so I don't need to worry about gathering data from multiple different platforms. This really helps us by allowing our support users to be in one place, speeding up the time to recovery and improving our efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Dynatrace?**

It's complex. It's hard to configure. To get everything right. The flexibility is powerful, but it's also challenging.

**What problems is Dynatrace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dynatrace provides visibility into different applications and a single pane of glass for all observability data. It consolidates data into one platform, speeding up our time to recovery by preventing the need to gather data from multiple platforms.

 ### 13. Dynatrace: A Smart, All-in-One Monitoring Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sagar S. | Senior Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Dynatrace?**

Honestly, Dynatrace kinda blew my mind with how simple it is to get rolling, considering the beast it is under the hood. Setup? Barely broke a sweat—super clear docs, and the UI’s not a labyrinth, which is rare for stuff this technical. I’m in there all the time, poking around because, let’s be real, it’s loaded. Full-stack monitoring, peeking at user experience, whatever—I can pretty much do it all.

Plugging it into other tools? Piece of cake. Cloud stuff, CI/CD pipelines, Slack or whatever you’re using—it just clicks together. I haven’t needed support much (thankfully), but the couple times I did, they actually answered fast and knew what they were talking about. Wild.

The real user monitoring? Total game-changer. You get to see what actual people are doing, live—not just boring stats. And session replay? It’s like CSI for user journeys. I can finally figure out what made someone rage-quit.

The metrics are super detailed, too. Response times, error rates, Apdex—so you can keep tabs on whether things are cruising or crashing. Plus, if you’re into synthetic checks, custom dashboards, or just wanna nerd out over deep-dive data from the infrastructure all the way up to the front-end, it’s all there. No joke, it’s like peeking under the hood of the whole operation.

**What do you dislike about Dynatrace?**

Man, jumping into this thing? Kinda feels like being tossed into the deep end without floaties. The learning curve’s no joke, especially if you’re brand new. And don’t even get me started on the price—it’s kinda steep, honestly. Not really friendly if you’re running on a shoestring budget or if your team’s tiny. Oh, and those dashboards? They throw so much info at you, it’s like staring at a Where’s Waldo page, but with graphs. If you don’t tweak ‘em, you’ll drown in the chaos. Plus, sometimes they take forever to load. Like, go-make-a-coffee slow. Not exactly a vibe.

**What problems is Dynatrace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Let me tell ya, Dynatrace is kind of a lifesaver. Seriously, it untangles so many headaches across our tech mess—it keeps tabs on basically everything. When it comes to our websites and apps, it’s like having x-ray vision: we see load times, errors, the whole user experience in real time. No more waiting for angry customer emails; we can squash problems before they blow up.

Now, session replay? Total game changer. Sometimes I swear users find new ways to break things, but with replay, we can actually watch what happened—like “oh, THAT’S why the button didn’t work.” No more wild guessing on the front-end stuff.

And then, on the infrastructure side, it doesn’t just stop at the basics. It’s got its hooks in our containers, networks, even the big enterprise machines. We get this bird’s-eye view of how everything connects and runs. Dependencies, bottlenecks, weird blips—you name it, we spot it.

The alerting and log stuff is slick too. We don’t have to bounce between a million tools to figure out what’s on fire. It just lets us know, “Hey, go fix this right now.” So yeah, everything’s in one spot, and it just makes keeping our digital world running a whole lot less stressful. If something goes sideways, we’re on it before anyone even notices.

 ### 14. Total Visibility and Precise Tracking of Applications

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michel P. | Especialista em Segurança Cibernética, Banking, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Dynatrace?**

I like the complete visibility it offers over applications and infrastructure. The ability to track user actions is excellent for understanding real behavior, identifying issues, and tracking where they are. I constantly use it to support my understanding of the applications.

**What do you dislike about Dynatrace?**

Sometimes I find its usability complex, especially at the beginning when you don't have experience with the tool.

**What problems is Dynatrace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before, it was difficult to have visibility of the actions in our applications. Many errors were not monitored, and many problems were difficult to have evidence for analysis.

 ### 15. Dynatrace in action

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sunil A. | SRE Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Dynatrace?**

The level of details Dynatrace provides is too good. You can dig in down and down and get to the root of the issue.
Pretty easy to implement.
Their customer support is also top notch. While on a dashboard or any page you can connect with support and then work with them to understand the feature or more.
Integration with other tools is also pretty straight.

**What do you dislike about Dynatrace?**

Quite tough to learn and understand how to use the tool. Basically learning curve is high.
Pretty expensive. If not configured correctly, you will bleed money.
Just due to learning curve, we found frequency of users using app going down

**What problems is Dynatrace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dynatrace helps us address several critical challenges in our infrastructure, Kubernetes, and application environments
1. End-to-End Observability Across Hybrid Environments - Dynatrace provides a unified observability platform across servers, containers, applications, and network dependencies. We can trace a single user transaction end-to-end, from front-end to database

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2020

**What do you like best about Dynatrace?**

I find the Grails data lakehouse to be a game changer. Having everything under one database really solves the issue of database conjoined and query parameters, period. Where else can you write a single query and hear and see the metrics related to that from infrastructure level to real user monitoring level?

 ### 31. Dynatrace Works - Seriously!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** jason D. | Engineering Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Dynatrace?**

Using the tracing of requests through multiple microservices, I can find where the request is stalling out and or failing. It has helped me and my team get to the root of many problems without having to write custom code.

**What do you dislike about Dynatrace?**

There is so many options and so much power in the platform that users regularly get lost or confused as they navigate through the different pages, options and possible actions. The good news is that with a few hours of practice you learn where and how to do the work. To find the gold - it really does work. Seriously

**What problems is Dynatrace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it gives me insights into how the app is being used in different parts of the world. A perfect example, is needing to see how the users are using my application on a distant continent. It gave me visibility into what is being clicked on, what browsers are being used and what OS's are being used. All of which I need to know what to best build for my customers.

 ### 32. Dynatrace has made troubleshooting and problem solving much easier with the Problems App

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Riyaz M. | Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Dynatrace?**

The Problems App is my personal favorite feature within Dynatrace, It may be very underrated but it is truly amazing and saves a lot of time when you are working on an issue. It provides a quick summary of the issue with the time when it occurred along with a link to the resources impacted so you can dig deeper. I have previously used other monitoring tools such as New Reclic or Wily Introscope but the experience with Dynatrace is so much better. Installation of the OneAgent is super easy and the navigation is very intutive. Customer support is always very resourceful and quick in their responses. We have been able to integrate Dynatrace with Cloud Foundry, GCP Compute Instances and Kubernetes very easily. In my role as a Support Engineer I use Dynatrace every day, either to monitor the Production environment using various Dashobards, triaging Production Issues using Problems App, adding and modifying Maintenance Windows to snooze alerts during Deployments.

**What do you dislike about Dynatrace?**

One of feature within Dynatrace that I have challenges with is the Alerting Profiles. It cannot exlude a single entity from a management zone from being picked up by the alerting profile, you will need to identify and include every single entity you need except the one you don't want which is tedious. I hope they can add feature which lets you select entities that you can exlude from alerting profiles.

**What problems is Dynatrace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dynatrace helps us solve various issues including service failure rate increase, response time slowness due to backend issues, infrastruture availability and website availibility using synthetic monitoring.

Dynatrace proved to be an excellent APM tool for applications that had integrated Dynatrace agents into their infrastructure, enabling effective monitoring and tracking.

**What do you dislike about Dynatrace?**

The support for monitoring and tracking traffic for applications hosted in the cloud feels somewhat cumbersome.

**What problems is Dynatrace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is likely that this product offers support for applications that are hosted in the cloud.

 ### 34. Overly Complex with Misleading Dashboards and False Positives

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Dynatrace?**

three years ago we were early adopters and it was brilliant.

**What do you dislike about Dynatrace?**

it became too complicated and gave too many false positives. Dashboards are inaccurate and misleading.

**What problems is Dynatrace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

initially helped identify root cause on tricky issues with application and aws platform

 ### 35. Seamless Integration of Multiple Data Sources

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Dynatrace?**

possibility to integrate multiple data sources

**What do you dislike about Dynatrace?**

somtimes dashboard creation is a challange

**What problems is Dynatrace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

combine infra and app metrics

 ### 36. Excellent tool but with many functionalities that confuse the user

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Dynatrace?**

Perform a thorough granular analysis and monitoring of the application

**What do you dislike about Dynatrace?**

Being so granular delivers many results and options that ultimately prove counterproductive as it confuses the user.

**What problems is Dynatrace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the problem is that it is too granular and causes the analyst to become confused and draw ambiguous conclusions

 ### 37. I've seen a few tools but Dynatrace is a keeper!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Geoffrey K. | System engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Dynatrace?**

The technology stack they support and the insights you get out of them

**What do you dislike about Dynatrace?**

The fact that in quite some cases the documentation isn't up to date whih leads up to unessary support tickets.

**What problems is Dynatrace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In general the MTTR is far lower then before. This helps us to keep incident cost lower then before. Furhtermore we use it troughout DTAP and try to identify issues as early as possible.

 ### 38. Observability Unbound

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** sean o. | Solutions Architect - monitoring, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Dynatrace?**

The ease of deployment, coupled with the speed of data becoming workable. In addition, the visualizations allows for near instant impactful reporting to stakeholders at every level.

This, coupled with deep insights into application security, log insights, and code level debugging, make for a powerful cocktail in the observability space.

**What do you dislike about Dynatrace?**

The current ui has many bugs and annoyances that need to be ironed out. In addition, the elimination of management zones is, for lack of a better word, painful. There could have been more consideration for making DQL more user friendly as well. I don't like having to be a DBA to get functionality out of it.

**What problems is Dynatrace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pretty much all of our observability and monitoring runs primarily through DT, and it is core to our SRE and Observability practice.

 ### 39. Working With Dynatrace Monitoring and Data Analysis Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karan S. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Dynatrace?**

Dynatrace excels in API monitoring, data analysis, and business analysis, making it incredibly useful for our day-to-day operations. What stands out most is its ease of use and the number of features it offers. Despite being a powerful tool, the interface is intuitive, which made the implementation process smooth for our team. Its integration with our existing systems was seamless, and the platform offers great visibility into all data points. Customer support has been responsive and helpful, ensuring we get the most out of the tool. We use this daily to track the issue and successive sessions

**What do you dislike about Dynatrace?**

The only downside is that Dynatrace's pricing can be a bit on the higher side, especially for smaller teams or businesses just getting started. Additionally, while the platform is feature-rich, it can take some time to fully leverage all its capabilities. A more user-friendly onboarding experience would make it even better.

**What problems is Dynatrace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dynatrace has been incredibly helpful for our API monitoring and data/business analysis. It offers real-time insights into API performance, allowing us to quickly address any issues and minimize downtime. The platform also simplifies data analysis by automatically correlating information, helping us make faster, more informed decisions. Dynatrace's OneAgent offers a seamless roll-out across the entire IT portfolio, allowing for self-discovery of the estate. With the combination of the most recent pricing models, customers can embark on their observability journey at their pace.

**What do you dislike about Dynatrace?**

A lot of customers are still on Dynatrace managed - the upgrade path to bring them to Dynatrace SaaS is tricky. Investments are obviously on the SaaS product, so it would be advantegous for Dynatrace and their partners if the upgrade path was a better supported.

**What problems is Dynatrace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a service provider, Dynatrace's ease of implementation and wast offerings in the platform, ensures that we from a sales perspective always have a compelling business-oriented story to bring to our customer and prospects on how we in tandem with Dynatrace can help drive their business outcomes with confidence.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Airlines/Aviation | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Dynatrace?**

DT is very useful when it comes to identifying problems. I enjoy all the different offerings it provides to get to the root cause.

**What do you dislike about Dynatrace?**

Today on the SaaS solution it seems like I need to reload a lot of the apps whenever I spend a couple of minutes on one. For instance I can be looking at services in a management zone and select one of my services. After doing some analysis and clicking the service app once more, I would hope it take me to see all my services again but this is not the case it just displays the same service i was just seeing.

**What problems is Dynatrace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DT has been instrumental when it comes to problem finding and it has enable me to find root cause faster and push fixes almost immediate once the root cause has been identified or even rollback to a previous working version.
