**What do you like best about DialogLoop?**

I liked the customer service & the functionality.

**What do you dislike about DialogLoop?**

There is a slight learning curve but the customer service was so extensive that the learning curve was "flattened".

**What problems is DialogLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem was to make online meetings more interesting and to capture the attention of the participants.   DialogLoop allows me the ability to embed polls and quizzes into MS PowerPoint presentations which are used to get feedback from the participants.  This has made the online meetings more interactive and exciting.

not very intuitive for anyone to pick up

**Recommendations to others considering DialogLoop:**

take time to play around with the platform beforehand. 
there are a lot of things that can be done that may not be listed as features but are feasible based on how it is set up.
