What do you like best about Connex?

I really appreciate the two-way sync between our selling channels and QuickBooks. The guided implementation was especially helpful, since their team worked closely with us throughout setup and testing. What problems is Connex solving and how is that benefiting you?

With Connex, our company can run a sophisticated, multi-channel business while still keeping QuickBooks at the core. We need to map fields such as shipping methods, shipping costs, and sales tax and apply logic that changes depending on the customer. "Highly Recommend for E-Commerce to Quickbooks order sync"

What do you like best about Connex?

I love the ability to customize how we want it synced with the rules engine. Overall great program and easy to setup and use. We use it multiple times a day to sync our ecommerce orders. Customer support is amazing. We had an issue with our orders not syncing the way we wanted it to and Connex Support worked with us to make sure we got it to work exactly the way we wanted it to! "Making QuickBooks Work Better for Us"

What do you like best about Connex?

The biggest thing for us is the two-way sync with QuickBooks. Having customers, products, and orders stay updated between systems saves us a lot of manual work. I also really appreciated the guided trial. Their team helped us get everything set up and tested, and when we ran into questions, support was easy to reach and actually helpful. We have a complex workflow, and Connex eliminates a huge amount of repetitive manual work. Instead of entering orders by hand, updating shipping and tracking, moving information between systems, and checking that everything matches, Connex handles those steps automatically and lets us build custom rules around how our business actually operates. the custom rules cannot be overstated, they are incredible. "Seamless Two-Way Sync and Fast Reconciliation with Connex"

What do you like best about Connex?

I like the two way sync of customers, products and orders between my selling channels and QuickBooks. I liked the guided trial where their staff helped with the set-up and testing of the software.

Their U.S. based support team was responsive and helped make the implementation a success!

I like the deposit and payout matching with Connex. Deposit matching saves about 10 hours a week of matching transactions by hand. I like how Connex makes it easy to reconcile faster, sync my stock changes and handle custom mappings of orders and products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We sell to both B2B and B2C customers, which creates complex order and accounting workflows that would otherwise require a lot of manual work. Connex gives us the rules and custom mappings we need, while also allowing us to summarize payouts into a single sale and simplify reconciliation.
