&lt;p&gt;For workplace managers, I think trust is earned when the workspace becomes the place employees instinctively check first. Slack does that through communication, while ClickUp and MangoApps centralize a broader mix of work and information. I’d be curious which platform has actually reduced tool-switching for teams, rather than simply becoming another tab they keep open.&lt;/p&gt;
