The administration to set up the system is fast and agile. And more importantly, the business leaders I've worked with on CompAccelerator sing its praise, touting it as one of the most efficient, easy-to-use software platforms they've ever operated. The customer support from Dartican is unmatched as well. They are very attentive to customers' needs, providing a consultative role that helps anticipate and solve any issues before they turn into problems. **What do you dislike about CompAccelerator?** Honestly, there is nothing I dislike about CompAccelerator. **What problems is CompAccelerator solving and how is that benefiting you?** In my previous role as a Dartican client, we were faced with a complex shift in how our bonus plan was administered outside the corporate office while our comp planning process was "live". CompAccelerator provided us a flexible and agile platform to make adjustments to our planning process rapidly and easily with no disruption to managers' planning that had already been completed. ### 2. I was thoroughly pleased with the level of support we continued to receive every year. The Dartican team is inspiring in terms of their ability to develop solutions to the toughest problems. They consistently deliver outstanding support and are always a pleasure to work with. **What do you dislike about CompAccelerator?** There was absolutely nothing to dislike. **What problems is CompAccelerator solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a solution that would provide us with real-time insight into what managers were planning DURING the process. CompAccelerator was a fantastic solution—it was EASY and FAST to implement. We implemented in 4 weeks (yes, 4 weeks!), and transitioned management from outdated, inflexible, and unsecure spreadsheets to a web-based platform with tremendous ease. ### 3. The Darian team delivered every single thing we needed and then some. **Recommendations to others considering CompAccelerator:** The Dartican team was able to accommodate almost every special request for functionality that we threw at them. If you dont see features out of the box that are important to you, just ask chances are they can make it work for you. **What problems is CompAccelerator solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were looking to streamline our annual salary planning process. This tool was 100% better than the homegrown tool we had been using and we didn't even leverage all of its capability. ### 4.
