It has some bugs to work out, it doesn't always load, it's slow, it kicks me out.

**What do you like best about CentralReach?**

Like it's so easy to access and I cannot feel any lag or delay when I click any of their buttons. Tech Support Team is really helpful when I asked them questions. There's a lot of features in CentralReach which is a good thing and it's just enought and not too wordy nor overwhelming.

**What do you dislike about CentralReach?**

Actually, and honestly, I cannot think of any bad experiences when I use CentralReach because it's convenient, and you won't feel any hassle at all because it's no lag or delay. Maybe try to have chat email support so it could be easily figured out if there is any question.

**What problems is CentralReach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's like a platform where all the therapists and patients that we are handling have access to it. It contains medical records, history, and timesheets that define everything that happens on their medical session. All of the files and evaluations is there and that is accessible to everyone in our company.

**What do you like best about CentralReach?**

I like that the developer keeps on updating their software and the fact that the program itself is very reliable, as well as their customer service support  is very nice.

**What do you dislike about CentralReach?**

The thing I dislike about central reach is that there are times that when they send out maintenance patches, there are still a few things or glitches that comes along with it which makes it somehow time consuming for the users to get resolve and when urgency is at hand, it gets very inconvenient.

**What problems is CentralReach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem they are solving is the fluidity of the program, and they keep sending patch notes to improve user experience and reliability. It benefits me as a user and admin because it makes my task go a lot easier and they have added some feature that is very useful for my day to day task using the product.

**What do you like best about CentralReach?**

I liked that CentralReach gave me a one-stop shop for case management. The ability to add, master, and delete programs is excellent. I liked that I could add reports as necessary as well.

**What do you dislike about CentralReach?**

CentralReach is not very intuitive. I constantly asked others how to use the software for quite a while after being trained. I believe it is easier to use programs such as extendedReach instead.

CentralReach was a case management solution for our company. We have since went on to utilize other websites for our case management needs. Unfortunately, myself and many of my coworkers are happy with our new service.

Contains resources in one space. Easy to access all necessary information in a patient chart, including records, billing, authorizations.

Lacks a patient ledger function. Can be difficult to decipher a true patient balance, especially if the patient has been receiving services for a long time.

Central reach makes writing billing notes very easy and it is easy to navigate the system. The note writing portion is self explanatory and user friendly. I like it much more than salesforce.

**What do you dislike about CentralReach?**

Updates can be inhibiting of the ability to write notes or log on. There was an entire week where central reach was down and no one could login. Once it was back up and running we had so much billing to catch up on.

It helps us take billing notes for the applied behavior therapy services we provide to individuals. It also helps out with scheduling and having a visual calendar to see.

**What do you like best about CentralReach?**

What i like most about central reach is how user friendly it actually is. It is great for scheduling, writing notes and seeing client's charts. I also love how easy it is to create a graph at the end of every session.

**What do you dislike about CentralReach?**

Some downsides include the fact that central reach will sometimes be down and sometimes it can be down for a whole day. This does not occur horribly often but it still happens often enough to be noticeable and irritating.

Some problems that are being solved by central reach is being able to have all of us use the same platform and be able to add data into it at the same time. In the past i have worked with programs in which you could not enter into a client's chart if someone was in it. I love that several of us could be in the same chart at once.

**What do you like best about CentralReach?**

CentralReach has a ton of functionality. I find out something new it can do nearly every day. I particularly like the ability to automatically push client lessons into other sessions (eg from their regular session into their maintenance session).

**What do you dislike about CentralReach?**

It breaks down often. It's really frustrating. There is also a bug where sometimes you're not able to sign a client session note and have to redo it 3 or 4 or 12 times. Our current "workaround" is to clear our cookies which takes forever. That said, the bug seems to be only when working with Samsung tablets.

**Recommendations to others considering CentralReach:**

Know that it will go down sometimes and have a backup plan.

CentralReach lets us have client schedules and employee schedules in the same spot, which is a huge time saver. Additionally, using a program for taking data is easier and faster than using paper, which also helps with waste.

**What do you like best about CentralReach?**

Central Reach is relatively easy to navigate, though in depth training was required initially. Once you have the basics, you're able to access a vast majority of functions without previous experience. The ease of recording data real time and viewing pertinent information throughout the day has opened up so much in terms of being able to see live progress and move quickly through therapy goals per client progress.

**What do you dislike about CentralReach?**

When this platform glitches or malfunctions and you loose everything, it can be disheartening. However, they usually fix these issues within a few minutes up to one day which can be appreciated.

Integrating data management as well as billing and timesheet management into one platform. The ease of moving through programming for clients is more accessible due to this platform so it allows therapists and clients to be more productive.

CentralReach is an improvement over software I have previously used for ABA data collection. It has a plethora of options, from data collection to scheduling to continuing education.

**What do you dislike about CentralReach?**

CentralReach has a steep learning curve. I needed a company-provided PowerPoint to figure out how to use most of the features. Additionally, the UI leaves a lot to be desired.

CentralReach merged data collection with scheduling and timesheets. It makes it much more streamlined to have all of those things in the same place.

I like that files can be uploaded into the system.

I dislike the multiple days per week central reach is down and I cannot upload documents and complete my work as I'd like to. Then we can't even see the schedule for the day. It is the worst documentation system.

If you'd like to get your work complete and not experience multiple days a week of set back, don't choose CR.

nothing yet. I am constatnly stuck with issues.

**What do you dislike about CentralReach?**

1. appointments don't  always save
2.so many technical issues with the system
3. Horrible customer services that provide you misleading information
4 Incorrect charges to your account during the implementation process
5. Wrong and inaccurate data entered during the implementation process
6. Took three months to upload your data, and they still charge you during that time
7. Information that they tell you the system can do on your initial signing up is incorrect,
8. no transparency about the faults of the system, such as the ongoing glitches and freezing of the system daily

I have not realized any benefits thus far,
they just keep changing me from one rep to another.

When it works, it works well. I do love that it graphs all the targets easily, it is user friendly when it works, and easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about CentralReach?**

However there are continuous updates and maintaince outages that occur during the day when "CR is down". Technicians have issues taking data, or it can be slow at times.

**What do you like best about CentralReach?**

Central Reach is organized. Tabs are labeled with icons so it is easier to navigate. I also like how it is convenient: we can log patients’ programs directly online. 

**What do you dislike about CentralReach?**

Some clients have a lot of programs. When converting, it takes a while to convert. For example, if a client has 60 programs or targets to go over. It takes around 3-5 minutes to load before submitting note. Furthermore, towards the end of the session all the targets I logged for my client got deleted. This rarely happens to me. I was quite surprised. I had to start over and run the programs once more with my client the last hour I had left. 

**Recommendations to others considering CentralReach:**

Overall, Central Reach is a great server that incorporates most things you want in a company. Our company is expanding and Central Reach is an asset.

I would like Central Reach to be quicker. Before, we used to have programs on paper. Now everything is electronic which is convenient.

You can collect data and edit programs on the same platform. You can set learning trees to master our programs automatically.

**What do you dislike about CentralReach?**

It has long pathways you need to click through to get to your desired feature. You are unable to customize filters by selecting different billing codes per client in one filter under Authorizations tab. Central Reach has an automatic feature that sets end time, causing me to frequently readjust the appointment. You can only download one graph at a time. It is difficult to sync a learning tree into a specific session. It took me an hour to figure out how to have the learning tree sync to my behavior technician’s session to collect data.

Make sure your team is tech savvy

When you edit a branch, there are fields you must fill out in order to save. I bypass this by bulk copying branches. Also, there is no way to add check boxes for generalization such as (checkbox if generalized with mom). I need to leave comments to the team to only collect generalization data when they are able to generalize.

I enjoyed that CR was very easy to use even on the tablet, but definitely easier on the computer.

It was difficult to use on the phone with the modules we had to do but it's probably because of my old phone.

We used CR at work to train with modules to learn about Autism. It make training very easy and it was awesome to be able to do it at work.

**What do you like best about CentralReach?**

Central Reach is a great platform for my clinic to collect and analyze data. I love the fact that this program automatically generates graphs based on the data; it makes it so easy! I also love how simple the data collection process is. The use of the prompting hierarchy is great and it is very easy to implement the programs without the mess of paper.

**What do you dislike about CentralReach?**

I dislike that sometimes the server has issues loading the data and other important information relating to the client. Sometimes the program can be glitchy and give us a lot of trouble at work. There is a little space before you log into CR that tells you if there is anything wrong with the software at the moment, and that is helpful. But when this is our primary method of data collection, we need to be using the most reliable software.

Be patient with the software and possibly have another form of data collection, just in case

We have realized that taking electronic data through Central Reach is much more effective than taking paper data. We love the fact that everything can be individually graphed, which makes the BCBAs jobs a lot easier. The RBTs really enjoy carrying around a handy tablet instead of papers and writing utensils.

Not very user-friendly at first, requires some training in order to become familiar with the ease of usability.

Excellent tool for BCBAs, would highly recommend adopting this software if you want to establish a more efficient behavioral health organization.

Central Reach is easy to use. It has been the best program I have used to collect data. The calendar feature and the learning tree feature are easy to access as well as user friendly. I would recommend this program to anyone in the field of behavior therapy. 

**What do you dislike about CentralReach?**

The only thing I dislike about central reach are the outages that occur. When the outages occur it is harder to keep track of data. Sometimes the data will stop saving, but the notification that it didn’t save is so small that it goes unnoticed. Other than this, there aren’t many issues with the program.

Central reach is our data collection program. We use it for tracking behaviors and program responses from the clients we work with. It graphs our data. It makes it easy to see the progress of our clients and what they need more help with or less help.

**What do you like best about CentralReach?**

I like that I can see what my week looks like in appointments, both of my own and my supervisors'. This application makes scheduling with clients easy and billing insurance straightforward. I like that it has our organization's entire contact list too, so I can contact other therapists if needed.

**What do you dislike about CentralReach?**

The mobile app is not friendly to timesheet conversion and using it for the basic calendar scheduling alone. CR is often buggy as well and will pull up a different week when you first load the page - you have to make sure you're on the correct week when you go to make changes, it doesn't automatically go to the day you are on.

Read the update emails they send every week - they're really helpful

It makes client scheduling very easy for the therapists. It makes submitting time cards/time sheets really easy too! Love that it's paperless.

You can store plenty of your clients files and upload for everyone in the network to view. You can keep track of hours billed and manage schedules.

Be aware of the scheduled maintenance throughout the week. It’s late at night but you around 11 pst but you won’t be able to continue any work

When the calendar is in the weekly view it is very organized and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about CentralReach?**

Searching for clients is a pain to get to. For some reason the pages time out and the layout is so hard to understand unless you go to the left column and reset it. Overall, the website could be more organized and easy to use.

It does what it is supposed to, but it is not always user friendly.

We use central reach in my ABA company to take data on clients and render our sessions. For that purpose it is beneficial, but it is not always easy to use.

Central Reaches the ability to unite all aspects of ABA including appointments, billing, data collection, and client interaction all in one place.

Central Reach is well rounded but the mobile application is lack luster.

Data is electronic. No need to carry around paperwork. Less hippa liability. Graphs data. Shows progress of client. Access and take data for multiple clients at a time.

**What do you dislike about CentralReach?**

Sometimes, when refreshed CR may delete all data taken (i.e. 4 hours of data, gone). Phones are used to take data but program is not completely phone friendly. If you want to take notes on a specific data point you are able to do that within the program. But if you are going to write summary notes you need to leave the program to use a phone app to type the notes then copy and paste the information into the program. This leaves a hippa risk.

Graphs data instantly. Access and take for multiple clients at a time. Data can be seen my mulitple people at the same time. I.e. supervisors or therapists in training

I love the look of it. The way the appointments can be looked at by day/week/month and how easy is to navigate in the surface.

**What do you dislike about CentralReach?**

Is not really intuitive especially the desktop version, there aren't quick options so you have to guess a lot of things.

It is really easy to collect signatures from my clients and also being able to get old signatures in only one for the client is really handy.

I love the easy to use weekly calendar view, color scheme, and overall look of the website. 

**What do you dislike about CentralReach?**

The number one thing I would change about central reach would be to make it possible to enter 1 date at the beginning of data entry (if entering data from a previous date) instead of having to click the date on the tiny calendar for each and every data point. It is time consuming and extremely annoying. My dashboard is also often crowded with things I never use and I wish I could hide them away or delete them.

I like how easy it is to render appointments and track my data via central reach.

I dislike being signed out of my session and sent back to the home page instead of back into my session when I log back in.

It's a great system to organize the most important information in our company -- employee and client data, authorizations, notes/activity logs, billing, and files.

**What do you dislike about CentralReach?**

The inability to create notifications for when employee documents are expiring (car insurance, certifications, etc).

**Recommendations to others considering CentralReach:**

It's a great tool and the support is great. It's very dynamic and after almost 2 years I still feel like there's a lot left we could learn and use, but it's very time consuming and we haven't yet found a way to implement new components while being able to teach everyone to use it correctly/efficiently. If it's not used with detail it can waste a lot of time.

**What problems is CentralReach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The billing has become tremendously easier. Information is all easily accessible to everyone involved -- notes can be made multiple places so you don't have to research lots of different areas.

**What do you like best about CentralReach?**

I like the ability to have all client, provider and all other pertinent documents all uploaded and housed in one crenels place. It was easy to manage and complete our weekly billing.

**What do you dislike about CentralReach?**

The program only seems to work on Google Chrome, and Chrome is rn very user friendly at times. The downloading process on Chrome vs Explorer was different and not as easy to manage.

**Recommendations to others considering CentralReach:**

Use Chrome if you don’t want the site to crash, but if you use Explorer you can still manage the billing portion through the timesheets, then export the .csv file and you’ll still get all the information you need.

**What problems is CentralReach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have centralized the way our providers upload their billing, timesheets, progress notes and the client document so as well. We are able to go to one place instead of sift through emails just to find one document. It’s makes the work flow much easier.

**What do you like best about CentralReach?**

I like that the system is electronic and we were able to move away from paper data, mostly.  The almost up to date look at data and graphs is very useful as well.  The integration of the learning tree to the data sheet is huge time saver.

**What do you dislike about CentralReach?**

The app does not work properly, the offline sessions do not work properly; therefore a of our in home sessions still have to have paper data, calculated and hand entered.  The data is nit backed up live and you are always two clicks away from losing all your data for the entire session.  You cannot adjust timers and there are issues with timer itself, making our RPH and RPM data all invalid.  The app does not allow hand off to another therapist (and it doesn't work).  The billing doesn't allow for overlap in codes and you have to adjust all billing codes manually.  For billing, you have to manually update billing information for every line.

None; it has created a significant amount of work and tome for our business.

**What do you like best about CentralReach?**

I really enjoyed using Central Reach when I was scheduling my appointments with clients, as it allowed me to make reoccurring schedule, easily adjust changes, and made billing very quick and easy to complete. It also allowed me to set my availability for work and change it when I needed to, so that management could give me potential clients depending on what my work availability was.

**What do you dislike about CentralReach?**

There was nothing really that I disliked about using Central Reach. The only thing is that higher management had access to your timesheet/scheduling, and would check your availability for future clients. However, this helped manage possible mistakes employees may make on their timesheets.

**Recommendations to others considering CentralReach:**

I would recommend using it if you are a big company with many employees and are wanting to seek the aid of technology. Central Reach makes it really easy for employees to log on their hours, manage timesheets, and scheduling.

**What problems is CentralReach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Central Reach, we were able to create our appointments with our clients each month, so it would make it easy for all team members to see what days clients had sessions, how to manage cancellations and specific codes for sessions. There were many benefits, but overall it was easy for management to access your caseload schedule to see if any mistakes were accidentally made and for billing appointments it was super accessible to view your timesheet and hours/rate earned over the course of a week.

Central reach is a vast improvement from the previous data collection technology used by the company I work for. The ease of loading all measures to a single page without the need to toggle is largely beneficial and more efficient.

Data can still appear confounded or conflated due to data points represented.

It’s not perfect, but it streamlines processes under one application.

Central reach is amazing. I am able to put in every employee's appointments and not have to keep track in my head as well as it makes billing to insurance nice and easy

The only thing that I find very hard once you get used to central reach is that there is not save button by the internal email so if you by mistake go out of email you need to start from the beginning as it does't save as a draft

If you are looking for something where you can set up appointments, track billing for insurance and billing to clients, take data this is a great software program to use. I couldn't recommend a better program

That we are not using as many papers and our employees are haveing their timesheets and data from their sessions in on time. The benefit to central reach is having everything in one  cloud and easy to find everything you are looking for. They also have a really good support system.

Simple case tracking for those who use medical billing on a regular basis.  Easy scheduling and ability to collaborate with others.

Would be nice to have additional scheduling features, such as the ability to track due dates or project deadlines easily on the calendar.

Ability to track medical billing and scheduling easily for multiple staff members and clients.  Scheduling staff and ability to collaborate with one another for scheduling issues.

If you are looking for a software where you can have employees take data, track timesheets, email each other in the system, open support tickets,  do payroll and send billing to insurance this is the software to go with.

That everything is in one location and don't need to check out a few places. I noticed that when it was time to do payroll, I had the timesheets in the software and I wasn't busy with papers.

**What do you like best about CentralReach?**

I use CR with total spectrum and it is helpful for keeping schedules and being sure i know who i am seeing when i am seeing them and where to attend.  it cuts down on communication error as offices change it everyone client and therapist, supervisors, etc can see.  it allows for ease of understanding clients schedules, other coworker schedule and keeping my own schedule organized. 

**What do you dislike about CentralReach?**

its slow to load and often needs many time for loading.  i have had to refresh several times to get the screen to load.  laggy and slow to load at times.  other than that it is a fairly produced product. 

**Recommendations to others considering CentralReach:**

yes in order to keep scheduling however, i would advise them to plan ahead in order to prevent slow loading.  sometimes it is hard to be in a rush out the door and double check. other than that it is a good program for understanding your team and finding coverage for session. however, it would be better to have a setting to see all people on one clients team instead of hunting makes it hard to find coverage, phone numbers, schedules etc.

it has helped with communication and helps you know where to go and when.  it cuts down on scheduling error and confusion as you can see the updates live in action.

CentralReach requires some training, but is easy to learn to use.  Recording data is simple and quick on the go.  The data is more reliable than logging on paper, as it is in the moment.  

**What do you dislike about CentralReach?**

Sometimes there are glitches when I go to save the data and collect client signature, which results in me having to collect the signature again.  I use it through the browser, and wish the CR Go app could work during session instead.

It is a great program to use and will get easier with more updates.

I like how easy it is to manage my appointments, upload clinical records, and handle payroll all at one place.

Trying to write clinical records on the website directly is hard as it gets reset if the page times out, so I usually do them separately before uploading them.

**What problems is CentralReach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling and managing payroll has been so much easier as I am able to communicate my hours to the billing department and have them view  my clinical records all in one place.

**What do you like best about CentralReach?**

I like that it is an intuitive system, and that I can record data easily in one electronic system instead of on physical paper. I also like that data can be graphed in an instant and client progress can be seen. When using this software I am appreciative of how easy it is to navigate and it helps me be more productive at work. I also really like that I can see my supervisor's comments and updates to programs. 

**What do you dislike about CentralReach?**

Sometimes there are glitches in the system and I am unable to select all when graphing data, there was also a recent update and now I cannot easily add a new note without having to take a round-about way. Aside from that I am very satisfied with Central Reach. 

**Recommendations to others considering CentralReach:**

I am in the behavioral health field and I have found Central Reach to be an invaluable asset to my company. It has changed the way that we communicate with co-workers, upload data in real time, and graph all data. I highly recommend using Central Reach. It is also user friendly and easy to navigate. If you are still taking data via pen and paper I highly recommend transitioning from that method and using Central Reach.

Central Reach has replaced taking data in the tangible form (pen/paper). Now, therapists carry around a tablet instead of a binder/clip board and can take all of the data in one place during a session. The benefits are huge. Central Reach graphs data on its own and also improves communication between therapists and supervisors.

I love that we can store all client and employee  information in one system, including personal, demographic, call logs, and billing. There is no need for multiple platforms, Central Reach takes care of most everything we need.

I wish they had a better scheduling system and or the ability to better track and notify when documents (licenses, insurances, etc) are expired.

It's great for almost everything except scheduling.
