**What do you like best about Bullhorn?**

It keeps excellent track of my employees hours with no issues in that aspect.

**What do you dislike about Bullhorn?**

I hate that when the timeclock freezes it literally takes days for it to reset its self. I am not able to do anything to fix the problem I just have to keep plugging and unplugging it until it finally decides to reset.

**What problems is Bullhorn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This keeps track of accurate hours and clock in/out times to the exact. I am able to see exactly when my employees are on the clock and exactly what time they leave.

The platform is very user friendly and straightforward for new development and sales strategies. Multifunctional and ease of use makes this CRM a highly regarded platform.

**What do you dislike about Bullhorn?**

The platform does often go through phases of not loading anything and crashes out for a bit, but this typically will never last more than 10-15 minutes.

Bullhorn saves a candidate and client pool that we can go through daily to solve staffing shortages. Different cards and tabs can be personalized to each individual user's liking for maximum performance

The process of keeping materials in order. Able to check in on previous data from colleagues in an attempt to not overlap one another. The security of sensitive documents is also well established.

The ability to create multiple profiles for the same individual can lead to loss or omission of information for specific individuals.

Bullhorn solves the problem of tracking information on candidates even from other users. This way, you are not overlapping. Everything is established on one platform and is easy to use.

Bullhorn ATS is a new platform that I have never used before. My expereince while using this platform has been wonderful. It is more structured and generatred for Recruitment, which is very helpful for new users. All of the training videos have helped out in so many ways.

**What do you dislike about Bullhorn?**

The process to assign a cadidiate is a little lengthy, and also not being able to pin a note to the top is a bit of a struggle. Other then that, Bullhorn has been great!

Trying to short the list it is hard to search by notes and can't create an excel sheet with people that attended a certain event.

It is extremely user friendly. Very easy to figure out, and has many features that you can use to individualize your search to pull different lists. It also makes it easy to organize clients you're talking to and keeping up with. I use it everyday!

Occassionally slow - gets fixed very quickly though. Customer support is very responsive in that aspect.

Bullhorn is the most user friendly system I've ever been introduced to. It's not "boring" looking and it's so easy to navigate. Even if you don't know exactly where to go, you can figure it out after looking around. There are so many features that allow you to succeed at whatever you're doing.

Sometimes there are required fields that aren't "relevant" to the situation but that's just how things are sometimes.

The interface is great, the boolean searching works well, and the latest integrations with job boards (i.e. Monster/LinkedIn etc) make it very effective

Sometimes, for whatever reason, I need to login in mulitple times for it to log me in. Not the end of the world but can be annoying at times.

It centralizes all of the pertinent information needed from the candidate/client side for our organization. The Bullhorn Backoffice is also utilized internally.

With the last staffing sytem we used, we had to get on the Everify website to vetify eligibility for work. Now, we are able to hit the Everify button and it cuts down about 5 minutes of time.

We Love using Bullhorn as it has been time saver having all our data for our ATS and CRM in one space that has extreme ease of use.

The downside is there is not more AI Technology embedded into the system without having to do Add ons.

Bullhorn makes it so easy to track my candidates throughout the process, the documetation aspect is easy to use and everything is organized and all in one place.

There are some minor limitations when sending messages - can only tag one job even if reaching out regarding multiple opportunities is only example.

Some time with resumes parse in from other platforms it can get a bit messy with the information.

In the beginning you have to familiarize yourself with the system or the peculiarities. But then it is easy to work with and the advantages become usable.

Bullhorn has made candidate managment easy. Communicating with candidates has been a breeze using this application. Integration has been easy as well. I use this application daily and have not come across any blatant issues. Implimneting this into my routine was relatively easy as each section is labeled. Customer support has been great as well.
