We’ve also occasionally found, through monthly audits, that some purchases were approved outside of the intended eligible categories. It’s not a frequent issue, but it would be ideal if more granular controls were available so audits weren’t necessary. The dollar to INR conversion rate is not friendly for the employees reimbursing their expenses 2. The app gives you a notification when funds, and how much, have been deposited into your account. All transactions are easily accessible on the app so you always know what your balance is and where you have spent money. Benepass gives you a virtual card to use or you can request a physical card, either way it is easy to pay for medical services easily, and if you by chance do not have your card and have to pay out of pocket, you can easily take a picture of your valid receipt and submit to Benepass and get reimbursed within days for those out of pocket funds. From an employers side it is very easy to submit employee deductions on the website. You create a file in the format requested and import it. Benepass send notifications whenever they draw funds so you can easily book your withdrawls to cover usage. When we implemented Benepass and we had questions the customer service was always quick to respond and keep us on the right path. The customer service people that I have dealt with have always been so nice and helpful. **What do you dislike about Benepass?** The only thing that we had some issues with when implementing Benepass was our month end reconciliations. Working with Customer Service we were able to streamline the process of the month end, but it took a few meetings to understsnd what reports to pull and how to look at the process. **What problems is Benepass solving and how is that benefiting you?** Benepass administors our HSA and FSA accounts and makes it easy for all our employees to have access to their funds. The ease of the submittal of payroll dedcutions makes is quick and simple as well. ### 25. One of the best things as well is purchasing movie tickets and concert tickets. A huge benefit that makes it extremely beneficial for me as I love all music and cinema. I am able to take on more extra curricular activities and it won't have been possible if that same amount was part of my regular salary. The reimbursement process is pretty simple where I just need to upload the invoices and I am done. Love that Benepass has a stable mobile app making it way more convenient. I wouldn't have much idea on the ease of implementation and integration but the ease of use is really good. Haven't interacted with customer support but am sure it'll be good. **What do you dislike about Benepass?** The reimbursement process is in lien with my pay cycle. Specifically, I was able to get massage therapy as a means to naturally heal. I can use my Benepass for membership to the fitness center of my choosing that gives me access to a wide array of fitness classes and equipment included. Most importantly, I can use the benefit to cover therapy costs not covered by my insurance. Every organization should expand to include Benepass as one of their benefit offerings because it's proof of a people first culture. **What do you dislike about Benepass?** My organizations list of allowable purchases was vague. Benepass referred me back to my organization when I inquired about specific services and my organization couldn't offer specifics. I was told to just try to charge it and see if it would go through. **What problems is Benepass solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's subsidizing the costs of non-allowable HSA health costs. ### 31.
