I really love how easy to use the facility user portal in Bambi is. It's super intuitive for our dispatchers, and the UI is the cleanest we've found for organizing information. The facility user portal has increased convenience so much in the customer experience that our call volume goes down as customers prefer using the portal. The initial setup of Bambi was super easy as well. Additionally, Nirav and his team are amazing—responsive to our needs, questions, and suggestions, with the best problem-solving mindset we've found in the NEMT dispatching software landscape. I'm aware that they're still working on a 'time negotiation' feature to help customers using the facility portal to negotiate pick-up times with our dispatchers in real-time, but that's honestly the only thing and it's something that's already in the works. I find Bambi incredibly easy to use, very intuitive, and just a reliable product. It helps streamline communication with our drivers on the road and ensures that our customers understand pricing transparently. My dispatchers can quickly initiate estimates to clients and collect payments with ease. I especially value how the billing is connected with ride scheduling, so I don't have to double report. I like how easy it is to assign trips with Bambi and how it lets me know exactly where my driver is. I appreciate that it can tell me about on-time performance, which is handy for my operations.
