Also it offers a free trial for anyone to use **What do you dislike about 9 Spokes?** The website is misleading as it clearly states it is a free app for anyone to us, but actually it only offers a free trial as most business apps already do, however their price never changes which isn’t necessarily a bad thing if you’re ready to invest **Recommendations to others considering 9 Spokes:** The website itself looks difficult to use at first but they offer a chat where a live rep can help with any questions **What problems is 9 Spokes solving and how is that benefiting you?** This app offers the right tools for a business starting off. I am able to connect all my business apps to 9 spokes and it even offers recommendations on which app suits your enterprise. It does most of the work for me as it gathers all information and puts it together on a dashboard making my life so much easier and saves me lots of time ### 4. Visually the app is appealing. I use this device more than the rest of my business tools. I like the user interface as well, really simple and easy to use and understand. Its something i use everyday **What do you dislike about 9 Spokes?** I wish the Dashboard could be white-labeled for businesses like myself to add a logo into. I feel like it could add a personal touch to the dashboard. I also wish the integrations were a little faster, like if I change some key numbers in my social media app then if I refresh 9 Spokes it will change instantly, but sometimes there is a lag.
