What do you like best about 8am ClientPay?

So far, with only a couple of exceptions, it has been seamless with clients paying online. After it records in ClientPay we are able to see it applied to the invoice in BQE Core. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 8am ClientPay?

When taking a payment over the phone or in person, if we don't pay via the link on the invoice, it doesn't connect with the invoice in Core, so we have to make sure to apply it. This one I am sure is bank related to verify funds but when a client pays via the link but uses ACH, it can take quite a while to process and thus show the invoice has been paid. We have had a couple of people try and pay via the link, and after filling out the payment form, it just spins and never goes through...we do realize this may be a computer/cache or pop-up problem on the client end. What do you like best about 8am ClientPay?

The best feature with ClientPay is the surcharge functionality in the online payment portal for client payments, which is something not featured in other payment processors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 8am ClientPay?

There is nothing I dislike about ClientPay right now. I have looked at similar payment processors and I like the surcharge functionality with ClientPay and that it shows in the online payment function the amount of the surcharge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 8am ClientPay?

The login and processing of credit card payments is easy and seamless. The software doesn't ask for a ton of unnecessary information, which streamlines the processing of the payments, making them quick, painless and easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 8am ClientPay?

The only downside of ClientPay that I have been able to find so far is that I'm unable to check the status of payment of "Quick Bills" that I have sent out to clients. I'm a limited Client Pay user and can only take payments, so I'm unable to follow up on the status of Quick Bills - that's my only downside from my user's perspective. What do you like best about 8am ClientPay?

The setup was effortless and trouble-free. The fees are lower than other platforms. The client portal is also very easy to use, well laid out, information is easy to track. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 8am ClientPay?

The integration between BQE CORE and Client Pay could use some improvements. Primarily the time it takes to sync the information, as CORE would show the transaction hadn't processed yet, but in the Client Pay portal it had processed already. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Transactions that are made in one day are all lumped together in a grand total deposit, which makes it difficult when I reconcile the banking statement with our accounting software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 8am ClientPay?

Customer service response is excellent! Should there be a question or a concern, assistance, and in most cases, issue resolution is only a phone call away. A plus is that, unlike other customer service systems, my account manager has been unchanged and knows my needs explicitly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 8am ClientPay?

I wish that ClientPay would also log the service fees that were charged for individual client payments. I know that eventualy the fees will show up on the bank statment but don't like the delay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 8am ClientPay?

I have used many pay services and Client Pay is the easiest to use. I love that it allows us to personalize the page. This makes our customers believe that they never left our website. Also, the phone app has been very beneficial because we don't have to carry a card reader with us. This helps a lot because 90% of the time, we take payments outside of the office. Customer service is very knowledgeable and they train us on how to do things ourselves which in the future is beneficial because we can manage to diy any issues if they come up. I love how easy it is to send links to our clients for payments. It is easy and safe to save our clients information, and if they would prefer for us to make the payment for them online, we can do that as well! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
