The software doesn't ask for a ton of unnecessary information, which streamlines the processing of the payments, making them quick, painless and easy. **What do you dislike about 8am ClientPay?** The only downside of ClientPay that I have been able to find so far is that I'm unable to check the status of payment of "Quick Bills" that I have sent out to clients. I'm a limited Client Pay user and can only take payments, so I'm unable to follow up on the status of Quick Bills - that's my only downside from my user's perspective. **What problems is 8am ClientPay solving and how is that benefiting you?** Client Pay is helping to streamline payment processing! It's making the payment collection process for our business much easier than it was in the past. I highly recommend it. ### 2.
