Nearly half of our workforce does not have email access and does not receive digital notifications. With 7taps, we can deliver training directly to any device, even via text, so employees no longer need to leave the production floor for long training sessions. At the same time, our office team can receive the exact same content through email, creating a consistent, blended learning experience across the entire organization. What Is Most Helpful About 7taps The most helpful part of 7taps is its ability to simplify and streamline training delivery without sacrificing learning quality. Our microlearning modules average just 10 minutes per topic, which has significantly reduced the amount of time employees spend away from their workstations. It’s easy to create, easy to deliver, and easy for employees to consume. We are also leveraging 7taps as our communication tool, allowing employees to opt in to receive important updates via text message, another huge step toward closing communication gaps for our non‑email workforce. When 7taps automatically creates a module, the avatars used in the content can’t be customized, which makes the final product feel less aligned with our brand and our audience. I’d love to personalize those visuals so the training feels more tailored and consistent with our other learning materials. What Is Least Helpful One of the least helpful aspects is that I can’t opt out of specific card types, such as polls or video-upload prompts, when using the AI generation tool. While these interactive elements are great in theory, they aren’t always appropriate for the type of training we’re delivering, especially in a production environment where video recording isn’t feasible. Because the system automatically includes those cards, I end up spending extra time manually removing or editing them during the polishing stage. Downsides / Opportunities for Improvement Extra cleanup time: The auto-generated modules often include features we’re not ready to adopt, which adds steps to the editing process. I like how quickly I can make changes, and it pushes me to make better lessons by using more of the features. I like that my changes automatically update to the shared training. The role play and the AI video are the features that stand out for me. The role play is simple but a great reinforcer, and the AI video generator is so handy for training. You can create an entire microlearning course in minutes with the A.I. features. You have a ton of creative freedom when buliding the cards, including adding images, backgrounds, videos, and even quizzes. The best part- it all dispalys beautifully on a smartphone, which is the perfect format for these micro-learning modules. Probably my favorites feature - being able to send your modules to learners via text, QR code, or by adding their email address and having the site send them an email inviting them to take the course. It's both an LMS and an elearning authoring tool at once!!! **What do you dislike about 7taps Microlearning?** So far, so great! Not much to say by way of critical feedback. It's possible to develop individual training courses (which you can then personalise) or define up to 5 courses to be built into a Learning Path. Each course being short and manageable an each an opportunity for users to give feedvack. **What do you dislike about 7taps Microlearning?** I'm currently on the Starter Plan so I only have the option to run 10 live courses at once. But I realise they have a business to run so I can either pay to add more courses or pay to add a custom domain or Upgrade to Enterprise level. It is easy to integrate 7Taps into our learning management system, but in more cases, I find that texting a link, inputting a user's phone number, or sharing a QR code gets the course out fast. A lot of tools take forever to master, meaning it either takes too long to create a course, or you push something out that's not as good as it could be. With 7Taps, less is more, having a simple design that anyone can use straight away with little to no training. It's a fun format and doesn't take itself too seriously either - I adore the GIF options for images to help improve engagement and bring a little pesonality to the course! Plus their team are amazingly friendly and helpful whenever you need a hand! We use it for all of our compliance refreshers, and our teams are now requesting bespoke soft skills content using the AI or Transformer options - bespoke content in less than 5 minutes, catering to a specific goal! We integrate the content with our Absorb LMS and it's incredibly easy to do. We also use links and QR codes to improve engagement at events, so people can learn in style! **What do you dislike about 7taps Microlearning?** There's nothing I greatly dislike about 7Taps. I'd like have the option to scroll/navigate a video so I can skip to a bit, or speed options, but this is blue sky thinking. You could also highlight text as well as make it bold, so I'd like that option too. Again, not a necessity, but nice to have. Because 7Taps is so simple, it stretches my abilities to condense the content into a suitable format and make it as engaging as possible - this isn't a dislike but it's a great challenge to improve my skills! **What problems is 7taps Microlearning solving and how is that benefiting you?** Learner fatigue was a huge problem in our business, so switching from traditional face-to-face and longer eLearning has allowed us to condense the time spent on mandatory courses (from 3-4 weeks to just over 3 hours), save travel, office and trainer costs, and give the time back to our employees to use however they wish - grab a cuppa, walk the dog, catch up on emails, or do some more learning! Our sales representative was helpful and was willing to work with us to give us a demonstration of the platform. The transformer feature and the AI builder feature work very well and produce content for me quickly, and they don't require much fine tuning after they produce. The preview feature was really helpful in visualizing what it would look like to a learner. It also exports very easily to a format that I was able to load into our LMS! I went from using it every once in a while to every time someone presented me with a learning opportunity, thinking about how I could roll that out using 7TAPS! We have been acquiring new companies and we need to be able to deploy small packets of information to them easily. We also need to go back and retrofit those information packets some times. We use "job aids" which briefly explain processes and procedures to our team members. We also have to do technical briefings and training from time to time on new product we are offering. We also get cybersecurity bulletins from our manufacturers once in a while and need to be able to deploy them to field engineers on their mobile devices, sometimes that doesn't work as an attachment over email. Lastly, we need to do compliance training and make sure folks know about code changes to NFPA fire codes. ### 50.
