I like how Media Ocean does everything in it's power to ensure you don't make any mistakes when working with dollars.

Sometimes it loads previous months data into the next month upon first click, but it corrects itself after a simple page refresh.

I love how easy it is to use! The layout is so organized and I can search for anything within seconds.

Sometimes there is a delay when searching for something or there can be an error displayed before it shows the results.

The platform has a clean, straightforward design. It's easy to input your various work codes and understand utilization. It's the first system I've used, so I can't compare it to competitors, but I'm content with it.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

It would be helpful to have the option to reference previously submitted time sheets. I'd also prefer if the platform did not auto-remove unused work codes after a week as it takes time to reinput them.

The total of your hours logged at the top right hand side of the screen, and how this is broken down to show you x amount of your time has been spent in client meetings. Very useful.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

I dislike that it logs you out of the browser if you haven't visited the page in the last hour, I also dislike the scrolling element, there are two bars that you can scroll up and down and when using Aura on a smaller screen like a laptop it can be harder to navigate.

It's keeping track of how much time I'm spending per client, this benefits us so that we know if we need to amend client contracts if were doing more hours on their business that's outside of our fee.

First it's used by most major ad agencies so familiarity and skills learned at one firm are easily transferrable over to another company.  Updates to Prisma are constantly being applied, which make it an overall better product and it has integrations with the other major tools that we use on a day to day basis.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

My only critique is the campaign search function within the buy tab.  It auto-filters to "in-flight" campaigns, but most of the time I am searching for campaigns that have already ended.  It requires a manual adjustment to the search filter - it's not a big deal overall.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mediaocean (Prisma) helps standardize the way my agency buys media with the entire marketplace.  It benefits us by saving time in the ad buying process.  Media publishers are very accustomed to the platform too so there is very little confusion when they get an email from Prisma with our buy details on it.

Media Ocean is great. It may seem challenging at first, but it is a great Media Planning tool to use. It is also the most widely used media planning tool in the advertising industry.

Something I disliked in regards to the Media Planning tool is how complex it can seem at first. They may have various trainings, but I think a walkthrough would be most efficent.

Prisma interface for buying and reconciling invoices is very clean and easy to use. The interconnectivity between Prisma and Lumina is a powerful tool for budget checking and maintenance.

Reporting capabilities integrated into Mediaocean aren't as robust as they could be or as strong as what's available directly in ad server platforms. Full integration of this capability would be a great addition.

The reports, maybe I still haven't mastered it well, but I would like to have a report that reflects what was planned vs. what was reconciled, and that indicates what is processed in invoices and what invoices are pending to be processed.

That we don't have everything in the same system, that we must enter Digital through MediaOcean and Print, TV and OOH through Print buy toolkit or Spot buy Toolkit

Not only is Mediaocean a neccessary tool for the job, it's definitely a great tool overall that is well made. I appreciate the checks in place to ensure campaigns are fully built and their customer service is also always super helpful and responsive.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had some issues with some campaigns having multiple invoices that were making it difficult to both reconcile and locate invoices. This was brought up and they developed a way to have multiple invoices assigned which will help with this issue.

The DDS apps like net research writer and invoice tool kit are so out dated and old. Its hard to move around in them.

I have professional experience using MediaOcean for 4.5 years and between the product itself and the support and technical team, I'm increasingly pleased to rely on it.

Some older media channels have changed to digital and that change isn't always as intuitive as it seems it could be, using familiar tools such as MediaOcean. Their team is reachable and regularly publish updates and articles.

It's great as all software programs are integrated and it's useful for shortcuts in the way I present my data.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

Sometimes systems are slow and there are certain features that are missing e.g. not being able to customize columns when doing a FLEXI on DEN. I also wish I could look into the history of spots for overnights to see what they were predicted beforehand. It's annoying that you have to look at the overnight of spots the next immediate day rather than in the future.

Mediaocean are prompt at replying when you use the chat service to help me solve my problems.

Prisma's interface is user-friendly, as a newbie to the media industry, using Prisma has helped me develop my skills and understanding enormously.

Some errors don't make sense, and you have to reach out to support to fix them. However, the support team is extremely helpful and fast.

I like that it is easy to create insertion orders and makes billing easy.

It is very slow and glitchy at times. You have to wait for everything to save otherwise you lose your work. You should make it that everything automatically saves

Mediaocean has a user-friendly interface that allows people of all experience levels to build out campaigns and process billing. If I've ever run into trouble, Mediaocean support is the most helpful customer service I've experienced in the workplace.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

Occasionally, there are glitches, which causes budget updates not to save. However, this is usually easily fixed and caught early as long as you have proper QA systems in place.

**Recommendations to others considering Prisma:**

Consider how easily people are able to learn and adapt to Mediaocean, even with no prior advertising or billing experience.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Radia and Prisma are the primary tools we use to achieve the planning, budget, and billing process. These tools allow us to quickly check each other's work and process monthly billing promptly.

It works, and it allows me to do my job. It has a lot of features, some more useful than others but Prisma is a varied program with a lot of applications.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

I don't like OX. It is slow and laggy. The workflow is very bad and often is interrupted by crashes, exacerbating the issues.

It is allowing us to communicate with our media partners in a secure platform that also lets us organize our buys.

Scope has many features which assist us in talking to our clients as an industry-leading agency through their tech API. 

The access to 3rd party audiences, affinities, pacing dashboards are all highly valuable for us. Also, the sync features put us at the forefront of innovative capability with our clients.

should the APIs go down, the subsequent scope product does not work, although this is understandable. It would be great to be mailed a report of any know issues to the tech to allow us to streamline our workflows.

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

Mediaocean provides a one-stop-shop for all media buying needs, whether digital, print, TV, or radio. Having all of these channels in one place is very helpful. Customer support is also top-notch, and responses are usually received in a timely manner, and they are generally able to address any issues that come up. The interface for digital buying via Prisma was also updated a few years ago and continually receives new updates making it more intuitive and user friendly.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

Since the platform covers so many areas, it can be a bit overwhelming at times. While Mediaocean offers training to learn more about using the product, sometimes organizations have their own standards or customized approach on how they use the tool. This can be confusing for those who are new to the tool and/or media buying in general. Additionally, some of the screens are a bit cumbersome to navigate through, especially for buying related to offline media, which I think Mediaocean can improve.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mediaocean provides efficient and straightforward solutions for media buying. They make it easy to enter buys across multiple channels and make it simple to go through the partner billing process as well. The reporting capabilities they offer are also very helpful, and these are frequently used to get a read on various facets across the media buying ecosystem. Because of these features, the platform allows us to deliver a high level of service to our clients.
