the ease of use with regards to answering questions that pertain to the area of improvement

Sometime the connecting the proper feedback to the correct agent seems to need some tending too

providing agents with an structured tool to give positive reinforcements or provide with areas of improvement.

It is a long and time consuming process to fill out feedback.

There are other options also available, I liked DISC more than 360
