I like the fact that the platform is web based so is available everywhere you need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike is that because is in a browse, is limited to one window and all of the menus and filtered data opens inside the one same window (the boxes can't be docked on other screens) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
