# What is the highest-rated Airline Route Planning software for user-friendly, reliable planning?

<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">We wanted to find out which <a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/airline-route-planning">airline route-planning software</a> is rated highest for user-friendly, reliable planning, so we pulled star ratings directly rather than relying on marketing claims. Star ratings across this category come from a very small sample overall, so this is a snapshot rather than a settled ranking.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Here's how the ratings break down:</p><ol>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/flightbridge/reviews"><strong>FlightBridge</strong></a><strong> (5.0 stars, 1 review):</strong> Highest rating in the category, but its single review describes locating FBOs and local catering contacts, not route planning itself, so the rating doesn't map cleanly to this question.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/fl3xx-aviation-management/reviews"><strong>FL3XX Aviation Management</strong></a><strong> (4.5 stars, 2 reviews):</strong> Reviewers specifically cite ease of setup and reliable cross-team data sharing as reasons for the high mark.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/aims-commercial-planning/reviews"><strong>AIMS Commercial Planning</strong></a><strong> (4.0 stars, 1 review):</strong> The one review directly uses the words "user friendly" and "reliable route planning," the most on-topic match for this exact question despite the small sample.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/rocketroute/reviews"><strong>RocketRoute</strong></a><strong> (1.5 stars, 2 reviews):</strong> Lowest rated here, with one reviewer citing pricing concerns relative to the feature set.</li>
</ol><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Has anyone used more than one of these long enough to say whether the rating actually held up over months of use, not just an initial impression?</p>

&lt;p&gt;With review counts this small, I’d put more weight on how directly each review speaks to route-planning reliability than on the headline star rating. AIMS looks especially relevant on that basis, but broader evidence around uptime, data accuracy, and long-term usability would make the comparison much stronger.&lt;/p&gt;
