Installation and configuration of Anthos Service Mesh is quick and simple. Provides real time tracing of incoming external traffic and internal service to service traffic. It features real time observability, tracing and alerting for all the traffic. Service Level Objectives can be configured per service basis. Installing service mesh introduces a side car proxy which is a 2nd hop or 2nd layer which adds to the latency to the application end point.
