**What do you like best about Sign In App?**

This app is eay to manage. You are able to get alerts to the people that the person is visiting when you connect to the domain. You get a log of visitors and images of the visitor. If it is a new visitor you will get an email alert with their image so that you know what the person looks like before you meet them.

**What do you dislike about Sign In App?**

I have not had anything to dislike about the app yet. Anything I am not familliar with can be found on their website which helps you manage new areas that you would like to add.

**What problems is Sign In App solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visitor logging is a big issue and this program solves that issue for us. For new policies that were introduced this year, we were able to adjust the app to include an NDA and secrecy agreement. This also lets us pull a report at any specific time you set to see which visitors are still logged in the building.

It's simple to use and very reliable. Visitors can sign in quickly, and the dashboard makes it easy to see who's onsite at any moment.

Sometimes the syncing can be a bit slow, and a few features feel limited when you need deeper customization or reporting.

SiginApp replces manual sign-in sheets and gives us a clear, Real-time view of who is onsite. It makes visitor tracking easier, improve security, and saves time for our team.

**What do you like best about Sign In App?**

10to8 was always one of the most robust scheduling apps out there. I have used it for a number of years to schedule the tutoring I do for various educational and religious organizations. It is feature rich, generally easy to use for me and my clients.

**What do you dislike about Sign In App?**

They've sold out their small users. Their new pricing plan starts at a $425 annual tier. That's more than double what I'm paying now for the service. As a sole tutor I just can't justify that level of expense for the relatively small number of bookings I do. To be honest, no product out there compares favorably, and I think Sign-In Scheduling has made a big mistake alienating all their smaller subscribers. While I may like the product, I am unhappy enough that I intend to share that disappointment widely.

**What problems is Sign In App solving and how is that benefiting you?**

10to8 has always had features that other scheduling software didn't have.  Creatibng availability calenders, and series of appointments that don't always occur on the same day of the week or at the same time is something that 10to8 handles with ease compared to other options out there.

**What do you like best about Sign In App?**

I use them for my social media marketing company loco IV logos and they are amazing. I'm just trying to get my business going and what I really love is they have a free version that allows my clients to book an appointment through my business website online. Once my business grows I will be able to start paying them for there services, but right now while it's small and just starting they are there for you to help you. They are real easy to setup and they are there to help whenever you need it.

**What do you dislike about Sign In App?**

I really don't have anything that I've found that I don't like yet. They are there through your whole setup walking you through everything and also helping you with different ideas to get your clients and help you get your business going.

**What problems is Sign In App solving and how is that benefiting you?**

10to8 has really helped me with setting up my appointments for my clients. I really didn't have a lot of money starting out and with there free version it's allowed me to not have to worry about coming up with extra money to get a booking service. It's the whole package for free pretty much and once I get my business going I'll definitely want to stick with them because they've been here for me the whole way through.

**What do you like best about Sign In App?**

We needed to find a new platform to manage our appointment scheduling that could accommodate each staff person's unique hybrid schedule (different days in the office and working remotely), would know which days to offer both in-person and remote appointments vs. remote only, would do a full 2-way calendar sync, and would automatically generate the Zoom links for remote appointments. In researching platforms, I was shocked to discover how few had adapted their platforms during the pandemic to effectively handle hybrid schedules. 10to8 stood out for all of these features, and many more, including the ease of use for clients scheduling appointments and the automated confirmation emails and texts. The customer service/help desk team at 10to8 is quick to respond and always very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend 10to8 for anyone seeking a robust, well-designed online appointment scheduling solution.

**What do you dislike about Sign In App?**

The only thing I don't like is that the email message sent to us when a client changes their appointment includes the original date and time instead of the newly selected date and time. However, it's easy enough to do a keyword search in our calendars for that client's name to see the new appointment information.

**What problems is Sign In App solving and how is that benefiting you?**

10to8 enables our clients to self-schedule their own appointments, with the option to choose a specific staff person or to indicate "no preference" and have the platform make the assignment. It also allows them to choose whether they want to meet in person or remotely. It frees up our staff from having to schedule appointments manually via phone calls or emails, which can be very time-consuming, going back and forth to find a date and time that works for both parties.

**What do you like best about Sign In App?**

Other booking tools do not have near as many features and tout that they are simple to use. I prefer something I can configure so that I don't have to cover for any mistakes the software might make. 10to8 allows me to customize each step that a client will see. Good UX for my clients is critical to me to ensure that they keep booking over and over!

**What do you dislike about Sign In App?**

Some of the design elements are outdated. I would also love to have more login options for my clients. It would be great if they could use their own Gmail or even log in from my website and then be authorized to use the widget when it is embedded on my site!

**What problems is Sign In App solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My clients often do not show up, but 10to8 helps because it sends out automatic reminders and allows them to cancel. I am also able to edit my availability at any time easily. Some other solutions make it difficult for me to adjust my availability!

I love using the system as it is very straightforward and makes business easy and enjoyable. I can focus on other important tasks knowing that I have my scheduling needs and appointments accurately taken care of every time! It is a fantastic business tool.

One thing that I disliked about using 10to8 was that my Zoom account disconnected by itself. I got an email to sign in and reconnect. When I signed in to do so, Zoom was already synced up and connected. I am unsure what that was about, but it was the only minor thing I came across that I want to provide feedback on for potential improvement.

**What problems is Sign In App solving and how is that benefiting you?**

10to8 is solving the problem of 'not enough time'. Using the scheduling platform saves me a lot of time as before, I manually communicated with each client about booking, adding it to my calendar and sending an appointment link. Having all of this automated is a blessing. It helps me feel more relaxed and focused on growing my business and providing value to my clients instead of spending time and energy on scheduling.

10to8 has been one of my best business tools as a small business owner. I have reclaimed time previously spent scheduling, reminding clients of appointments, rescheduling, etc.

**What do you dislike about Sign In App?**

Occasionally small annoyances pop up with every business tool that updates or evolves, but 10to8 is quick to resolve issues and suggest ways to improve my usage. Hard to find anything to dislike!

**What problems is Sign In App solving and how is that benefiting you?**

10to8 helps me schedule new and reoccurring client appointments with just a few clicks. I can set my work hours so that clients can reschedule their appointments within my work hours without having back and forth emails. This saves time for both of us. My appointments easily show up on my Google calendar so I do not miss a client meeting. 10to8 also sends reminders to my clients so I don't have to.

Our counseling team likes the intergration with google calendar as well as the text reminders so students do NOT need school passes to get out of class. The option to text students additional information is a huge asset! We love the idea that students can book thier own appointments and sign up for workshops. It has saved us countless hours!

**What do you dislike about Sign In App?**

Limited to the button functions that are embeded for each appointment.

They have added features with multiple buttons as well as available to troubleshoot 24/7 to troubleshoot if needed.  This program controls our day and if it is not running, we are NOT seeing students. 10to8 has done a great job over the last couple of months making their availbilty better to serve us.

Whenever I have had an issue with the software (usually a lack of understanding on my part), the service team has been very responsive to my needs.  Additionally, I very much appreciate the fact that once I make an appointment with someone, 10to8 handles all of the follow-up with them.  All I have to do is show up for the appointment.  I also like the fact that they do a customer survey following the appointment.  The responses from my clients are always good.

I can't really think of a downside.  It has worked well for me for several years now.

Following up with prospects/clients once the appointment is made.  10to8 handles all of that for me allowing me to be more productive with my time

I like being able to upload client reports to the same place where I can check my appointment times/dates, as well as where I can add in my availability. One system for all is much easier for me!

**What do you dislike about Sign In App?**

I find the uploading availability part a little confusing. It would be easier if there was a specific tab that you could click on called "add availability" and it would be good if you could see the month all at once.

As mentioned above, it is keeping appointments, links to the Zoom calls, availability etc all in one place. I use this system for private (additional work) so it is important to me that it is efficient!

10 to 8 makes it easier to manage scheduling multiple appointments all within one software. It does take some training to manage the site, but once training is done, one can utilize it and organize schedules to the best that we can.

**What do you dislike about Sign In App?**

10 to 8 can be a little tricky to navigate if you are not trained properly.  The site tends to not communicate well with other sites, like google calendar and when selecting the online booking bar, it takes a while for the information to load.

10 to 8 allows us to be organized and efficient when scheduling appointments. It allows us to schedule appointments from the back end or the student's side.

I love how easy it is to create appointments and the automated reminders sent to clients. I love that I can connect my accounts for Zoom to it, so the links get sent automatically. It's visually pleasing to look at, and I can also add my other calendars to see other events. My clients can also see my availability.

**What do you dislike about Sign In App?**

I find that updating your time zone wasn't the easiest thing in the world to do. It's also not intuitive when setting block availability, which is a little frustrating; I found that I had set availability and it didn't transfer out to the other weeks, even though I had selected it too.

**What problems is Sign In App solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not sure they are solving any problems for me specifically, but being able to change the timezone to match me, and not my clients, has been a beneficial feature. Also keeping me up dated when client arrives in for a meeting is a handy tool as well.

**What do you like best about Sign In App?**

We are a small business with limited funds, a full-time staff of just two, and a to-do list with the growth pace and energy demands of a toddler. This booking service, 10to8, generously offers —unlike most companies — a free plan for sending booking confirmations & reminders. This has unfettered thirty minutes of precious work time which I used to spend each evening frantically handtyping eleventh-hour reminders after appointments ended. I had to send messages for all appointments one week and one day from that calendar day — each message tailored to the individual patient with the correct name, appointment format, appointment type, and appointment date & time — before the clock struck nine: no more patient communication. 10to8 gave us the gift of infrastructure. Now, I can — in thirty seconds — complete four fields, and then 10to8 automatically sends the appointment confirmation for me, as well as the week- and day-before reminders. It has removed a worry from my list. I highly recommend 10to8 a propos ease of use, absence of technical issues, price, and more. This review would be much longer if I were to write an exhaustive list of all the ways in which 10to8 has been a boon to me.

**What do you dislike about Sign In App?**

Truly, I cannot think of anything which I dislike about 10to8. I am beyond satisfied. I frequently recommend it.

**What problems is Sign In App solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems which 10to8 solves for me include:
•Dearth of time: as explained above, 10to8 has freed workday time which I formerly used — as the receptionist — to compose appointment reminder messages. This has benefited me by allowing me to use that time to whittle down my to-do list.
•Reminder message errors: when I composed messages myself, there were a few times when I made a typo in the message which inconvenienced the patient (e.g. erroneously —when rushing — tapping the 3 rather than the 4 key for appointment time, such that the patient became confused and had to message for clarification, or showed up when another patient was there and then had to wait until her true appointment time). Technological automation jettisons the liability of human error in message composition. The quickness of technological automation frees time, so that I can be more careful when reviewing the times I enter into 10to8's fields: I am not rushing as much. Fewer errors means greater professionalism and trust: errors erode patient trust. 
•Insufficient funds to pay a monthly fee for a reminder service: we are unable to pay for the infrastructure for professional, automated reminders. Luckily, 10to8 — generously — offers a free plan!

I love the cost and it doesn't seem to have any bugs. Simple to edit and update. I like the logo. It interegrates well with my Wix website so far so good on this app.

**What do you dislike about Sign In App?**

I wish they would update the look the client sees when they book an appointment. But no app is perfect. I also think it would be cool to have some icons to defernenticate bookings on the client end.

**What problems is Sign In App solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't have an assistant so the app really does help me offer a very professonal experience with online bookings. I don't know what I would do without it. Probably hire someone.

Booking function and reminders  to clients are extremely useful. It means that we are both on the same page and cancellations are therefore more easily chargeable.

**What do you dislike about Sign In App?**

Could do with more characters available to me in initial booking text message. This would allow me to give a tiny bit of extra detail about my cancellation policy.

Bookings made with tutors are not always viewed by clients as firm commitments. 10to8 solves that for me entirely, and makes my business more professional and credible.

No apparent way to block a customer profile. Is there a way to do this for profiles that consistently book and are no shows/cancel appointments?

Our business uses the 10to8 platform to host conversations with customers that live in remote markets where we do not yet have store locations; so far it's been a great first touchpoint to our brand.

I appreciate parents and students can schedule an appointment at their convenience and do not have to call or email to schedule an appointment. Also, the program allows them to cancel and reschedule their appointment at their convenience.

I am able to successfully sync my calendars to avoid any inconvenience like double booking. With 10 to 8, I also don't have to go into Zoom to create meetings separately, as this is done automatically once Zoom is linked.

The signinapp lobby / visitor /employee management system is really quite easy to use once you have it set up. I purchased an iPad 10.2" and a secure stand to have it mount onto the reception desk area.  Installed the app, set up on the web and was up and running quickly.  We are on Google Workspace but for now I have just uploaded a CSV with our employee names and email addresses for notification from the system.  The chat / support is really terrific and their staff there is wonderful at answering the questions quickly.

**What do you dislike about Sign In App?**

Sometimes the UI of the portal isn't straightforward but their help via chat/support is really good. There are more features they are adding to support better notification automation as well as other safety features.

**What problems is Sign In App solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving tracking visitors coming and going into our site.  Additionally, using it as a safety feature to have unknown people see it and as they go through the process see that it takes a photo.  So, it acts as a deterrent or possible deterrent for possible bad actors coming into the building who should not be there.

When someone is ready for my service and wants an appointment, I send him/her to 10to8 using a link in my email signature block. I have set my availability and the client finds the match!

**What do you dislike about Sign In App?**

If you set up a series of appointments, 10to8 sends out an email for each appointment made. Once a customer received 10 emails for her series of 10 appointments. I didn't realize that would happen and it was a surprise to the customer and myself.

**What problems is Sign In App solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling is easy and with Zoom integration and the confirmation email lets you put the appointment in your calendar. Also, even in the free account, your customer gets reminder email and texts. No shows are almost non-existant.

**What do you like best about Sign In App?**

I like that the Booking tool has many options for many different industries. Especially for me with my small language school, it is very nice to be able to integrate other teachers. 
The many functions in the free version are very nice to see. And the paid version has an excellent price.
Integration into my websites worked perfectly.

**What do you dislike about Sign In App?**

There is nothing that I could criticize. I use it now for one year, and I never had to contact the Support Team.

**Recommendations to others considering Sign In App:**

Scheduling is effortless. I was an absolute beginner, but this page was from the beginning delightful to use.

**What problems is Sign In App solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I got an easy appointment booking. I have less work, entering every new date manually. The sync with my google calendar works perfectly, so it saves a lot of work.
