IONOS is a great e-commerce website hosting option to go with. They have 24/7 support and you actually even get your own personal consultant. They don't have the most extensive integrations but they have the ones you need to successfully run your site. It's great for people ona budget too as they usually have insane first year deals and bundles and everything is contract based so you could essentially start a website with business domain and business email for free or an e-commerce package for $13. The platform was already established when I started working for the company. The UI was easy enough. Reports were helpful. We only three options for our shopping cart, so it was not a diffuicult construct. Things were intuitive enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My boss and I tried many times to get the reports to my company cell phone. We could never get it to work. Attempts to learn through YouTube were fruitless. Attempts to conatc Ionos for help always took too long and we would get distracted and move on. If I continued to work at a company with this, I would have to wait and get through to find out why I could not link my Google Pixel phone to the website, email, or reports. 1 & 1 (IONOS) has a powerful commercial service, but their major asset remains customer service. You have a telephone advisor who follows you, whether you are an IT professional or a private individual. And that is their strength. I like how easy it is to configure and use it. The service is excellent, the online advisors (through chat) or by telephone are very efficient and easily solve 99% of the requirements. Before I liked the possibility of choosing the number of months or years that you wanted to hire, now it only works with monthly subscription. That is something I would love to be like before. When you have a project that works month by month, choose the monthly payment, but if the project has a time of one year or more, you can make the annual payment.
