What I like most about the platform is that the platform gives you access to the administrator or domain center where you can make the appropriate modifications to your domain, such as creating subdomains, creating TXT records, DNS, CNAME, etc. and it is a platform very clean and easy to use, always in constant update to offer you the best service, they even offer you a free SSL certificate for 1 year which is a very big point in favor. What I most dislike about the platform is the email platform that is provided to you as it seems very basic and could significantly improve as a customization to start, but they are small details at the end of the day and you can always use an external service configuring your domain properly. Recommendations to others considering IONOS 1&1 Websites & Shops: If you are looking for a complete service for web hosting 1 & 1 is your best option, maybe the email client is a bit incomplete but they are always willing to improve. With the previous provider we were very good at creating or editing the website, but did not have any tool from the domain center and apart it was more expensive, when we went to 1 & 1 it was a total relief. Sometimes the dashboard can be confusing and there is no C Panel access to perform advanced actions also there is no option to backup applications like WordPress other than copying the web directory.
