What do you like best about Orimon?

One of the highly advanced AI tools available. It allows users to create customized bots in minutes without code.

We can train the bot by adding resources like urls, pdf, text, Qna. There is also one option called catalog where we can add details about our product. It processes information rapidly. In addition to user-provided data, it also retrieves some foundational information that is noteworthy.

Supports many languages, which is quite impressive. Easy to integrate with your site for marketing/sales.

One of its best features is, it enable users edit the bot's responses during training conversations, allowing it to continuously improve over time.

It also summarizes the chat with customer and saves it in chat history, which can be easily accessed by developers/support Engineers. We can also export the data, as it intergrates with tools like Google sheets, Webhook, Zapier, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Orimon?

It does not provide users the ability to set the tone of conversation such as formal, informal, descriptive, empathetic. Would be better if this feature is added.

The only challenge I faced was setting up lead integration with webhook server. It is a quite complex process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Orimon solving and how is that benefiting you?

Its efficiency, versatility and ability to quickly grasp information makes it stand out. Highly beneficial for companies seeking to promote their products or services for marketing and sales purposes and for reaching global customers due to its ability to facilitate conversations in various languages.
