
We appreciate the flexibility to create location- or country-specific settings within the system. It is very easy to configure and adapt local leave policy regulations, which greatly supports compliance across different regions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One limitation we’ve encountered is the inability to pull data from our HRIS when the Organizational Unit (OU) has the same name but a different OU ID. This creates challenges in syncing and mapping data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
