It's functional, but it's not the most aesthetic design. There are some things that could be improved to make it more organized. We ended up using FogBugz for most of our work but tracking it on Workfront since that better allowed us to organize it the way...

Literally everything. Obtuse and hostile syntax, "help" written for people who don't need help, too easy to get into a situation where the rational choice is to vote everything away and start from scratch.
