TimeQuorum is a purpose-built time tracking platform for professional services teams — agencies, consultancies, freelancers, and internal teams that need to track billable hours across multiple clients and projects.
Unlike lightweight stopwatch apps or bloated project management suites, TimeQuorum covers the complete billing workflow: time entries, client and project management, billable rates, invoicing, and in-depth reporting — all working together from day one.

Track time the way your team actually works
Log time from any device using the web app, native desktop client (Windows, macOS, Linux), or mobile app (iOS, Android). Start a timer in one click or log entries manually. Entries are tagged to a client, project, and activity type so every hour is categorized and billable.

Clients and projects — fully organized
Structure work the way you bill it: clients contain projects, projects contain activity classes (design, development, strategy, admin). Set billable rates at the project level, the user level, or both. Every logged hour maps directly to a billing line item.

Invoice directly from logged time
Filter time entries by client, project, and date range, then generate an invoice from the results in seconds. No manual line-item entry, no spreadsheet math. Configurable time rounding (up or to nearest, in 6/15/30-minute increments) applies at invoice time while your logged entries stay exact. Send the invoice with a time detail backup attached, offer clients an online pay link (card or bank/ACH via Stripe), and let recurring invoice schedules handle retainers automatically. Credit notes, partial payments, and automated payment reminders are built in.

Expense tracking with receipts and approvals
Record expenses against clients and projects with categories, mileage-style units, and receipt uploads (image or PDF). Flag expenses billable or reimbursable, run them through a real approval workflow (approve / reject with a note / revoke), and pull approved billable expenses straight onto client invoices.
41 built-in reports
TimeQuorum ships with 41 reports covering every dimension of a professional services business:
Time by Client, Project, and User
Billable vs Non-Billable split
Team Velocity and Utilization
Invoice Aging (outstanding invoices by age bucket)
Client Revenue Summary
Project Budget Health and Burn Rate
Gantt chart milestone tracker
Audit Activity Log
And more
Filter every report by user, group, client, date range, or project. Export data as needed. Five personal reports are free for every user; the full suite comes with Starter, and invoice analytics with Professional.

Project budgets and burn rate
Attach hour budgets to fixed-price or capped engagements. See at a glance how hours are tracking against budget and whether the project is on pace. Know before you're over — not after.

Role-based access control
Five roles (Admin, Manager, Accounting, Member, Observer) plus project-level assignments control exactly who sees what. A dedicated Accounting role owns the financial surface — invoices, credit notes, expense approvals, financial reports — and a per-user Billing Access grant extends it to individuals of any role. All without a complex admin interface.
Multi-workspace support
Each workspace is fully isolated at the database level — separate users, clients, projects, and billing data. Teams that manage multiple entities or that resell access to clients can run separate workspaces from a single account.
Gantt chart and calendar view
Visualize project timelines, milestones, and task dependencies with a built-in Gantt chart. Available on Professional plan and above.

Two-way QuickBooks Online integration
Connect QuickBooks Online and keep the books in sync without double entry. Push invoices, credit memos, and payments to QBO; approved expenses go across as Purchases and approved time as TimeActivities. Import your existing QBO customers, sub-customers (as projects), invoices, and credit memos to start with history intact. Map TimeQuorum activity types to your QBO service items and projects to sub-customers — both flat-customer and sub-customer bookkeeping styles are supported. A retry queue with alerting keeps syncs reliable even when the connection drops.
Switching from Harvest?
A built-in CSV importer migrates your Harvest clients, projects, tasks, team, and time history in minutes — with an option to mark historical time as already invoiced so nothing gets double-billed.
API access
Open REST API for integrations and automation. Generate API tokens per user, set expiry, and connect TimeQuorum to your existing tools. Available on Professional plan and above.
