Right Hire is an end-to-end AI Interview platform built to help hiring teams evaluate candidates earlier, more consistently, and with better evidence.
The platform supports the full early-stage screening process, from resume analysis to customized interview creation, structured candidate interviews, fraud and cheat detection, and evidence-based evaluation. Instead of relying on resumes alone, Right Hire compares what a candidate claims on their resume with how they perform in the interview, giving recruiters and hiring managers a clearer view of real capability before moving candidates into human-led interviews.
Right Hire starts by analyzing resumes against the specific requirements of the role. The platform identifies relevant experience, strengths, gaps, and areas that need deeper validation. From there, it builds a customized interview aligned to the job, the hiring criteria, and the skills that matter most for the position.
Candidates complete an AI Structured Interview on demand, without back-and-forth scheduling. The interview is structured, role-specific, and consistent across candidates, while still allowing follow-up questions that probe for reasoning, applied knowledge, and explanation depth. This helps hiring teams move beyond polished resumes, rehearsed answers, and generic screening questions.
After the interview, Right Hire brings the resume and interview together in one evaluation. Hiring teams can see where the candidate’s resume aligns with the interview, where it does not, and where additional review may be needed. Each evaluation includes recorded video, transcript-backed scoring, role-specific scorecards, documented strengths and gaps, and evidence pulled directly from the candidate’s responses.
Right Hire also includes fraud and cheat detection to help identify risks such as impersonation, outside assistance, suspicious behavior, or responses that may not reflect the candidate’s own understanding. These controls help protect hiring integrity as AI-generated resumes and AI-assisted interview behavior become more common.
Right Hire does not make final hiring decisions. It gives hiring teams a structured, evidence-based evaluation process so recruiters, hiring managers, and subject-matter experts can focus their time on the candidates most likely to fit the role.
For organizations hiring technical and technical-adjacent talent at scale, Right Hire helps reduce screening bottlenecks, improve evaluation consistency, strengthen hiring governance, and create a clearer path from resume review to final interview.
