What do you like best about QJumpers?

It has fully fledged features like employees workflow and report analytics which are good at track employees perfomance. I also like its recruitment system which places all applicants in one place thus making it easy to email each after shortlisting. It is very good for shortlisting applicants. What do you dislike about QJumpers?
