This is Steven, the founder. I was diagnosed as an adult with ADHD and this explained a lot about my distracted, inefficient work habits (squirrel!). I wrote about this extensively on our website www.TheSukha.co. I tried a bunch of single-feature apps to help (some played music, some blocked distractions, some had timers, etc.) but ultimately none of them stuck - they all felt like PART of the solution I needed instead of a WHOLE SOLUTION. It gets me into "the zone" on a daily basis by packing together everything that research says we need to drop in easily: - focus music to get into flow - distraction blockers for phone and desktop to keep you in flow - AI coach to break down tasks so it's easier to start work - pomodoro timers and easy task management to keep you organized. It's just a website that I run in the background while I work. To let people feel what a REAL flow state feels like, we give everyone a free 3-day trial of all the features. After the trial, there are two membership options: $20/mo or $400/lifetime. Sukha helps us to focus & finish our work faster & happier - and we hope it does for you, too.
