What do you like best about pulseM?

pulseM integrates with our CRM software, ServiceTitan; we've been using it for at least 6 years and it's really helped us with Google reviews from our customers. Their system coupled with our CRM makes it so easy for our customers to leave us reviews and those reviews in turn help with our Google ranking and reaching new customers. We also utilize the dispatch notification feature which sends the name and photo of our technician going to the clients home to the customer via text. This offers great peace of mind to many of our customers so they know exactly who to expect when they answer their door. It's been great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about pulseM?

The Admin website is almost too simple, I'd like to see more details and options in the future; but maybe that's based on what features and services you purchase through them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is pulseM solving and how is that benefiting you?

pulseM has made it super simple for us to request reviews and ratings of service from clients as soon as we're done completing a service call in a customers home. This helps with review collection and Google rankings. It also helps with customer satisfaction; if someone gives a neutral or negative rating we have multiple managers notified immediately so we can follow up with a client in real time on any concerns. We also utilize pulseM for dispatch notifications that include our technicians name and picture; clients love receiving this information so they know who to expect at their door.
