There are some lags glitches. Other than that everything is fine. **Recommendations to others considering EyeOn:** Not every CRM is created equally, and if you choose a CRM without properly researching its capabilities (and its weaknesses), then you might end up committed to a system that is unsuitable for your business.. My recommendation is eyeon. **What problems is EyeOn solving and how is that benefiting you?** Reports and problem solving is easy. ### 2. We are better able to determine how to market to a specific area and whether to set up new locations. ### 3. It even enables me to concentrate on the KPIs that means more to both me and my client. I highly recommend this product for all of your reporting needs. **What do you dislike about EyeOn?** Often times I feel a little overwhelmed with all of the information you can possible look at and it could be hard for others to read as well. Especially if they are new to the marketing industry. **What problems is EyeOn solving and how is that benefiting you?** Increasing my clients share of voice and understanding the competitive landscape with other competitors. ### 4.
