**What do you like best about Inova AR Virtual Tryon?**

Innova is a "virtual Try On" that is very user-friendly, and you don't have to work hard to implement it on your website because they do it for you.
Compared to other competitors, the quality of the Try On is perfect. It looks super reel.

**What do you dislike about Inova AR Virtual Tryon?**

I can not think of any downside to using their service.

**What problems is Inova AR Virtual Tryon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Selling on the internet is not easy, mainly when you sell expensive products, because people want to see the jewelry on their bodies before buying it. So the AR virtual Tryon helps our customers doing it.

Inova try-on works well, customers interact with it regularly and the customer service is very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Inova AR Virtual Tryon?**

We launched with the 2D and would need to replace what we launched with the updated 3D.  However, it's wonderful that they keep evolving and offer new innovations.
