The challenge we had was to develop an evolution of our product which could convert extremely complex information into a visual design system intuitive enough to allow clients to identify, create, and stack their own patterns of KPIs, metrics, and dimensions based on the data for their individual service. By working closely with clients and always iterating towards a better version of our product, we were able to create a visual design language simple enough to enable users to obtain the data visibility that they need. The result? NPAW Suite is: Faster than any other analytical solution that came before it, with the ability to process billions of data points at any time without compromising on reliability or quality of data. Simpler to use. It has been designed to be usable for non-technical profiles, cutting learning curves for growing businesses that want to make business decisions based on data. This new UX will allow the online streaming industry to make the most of their potential, adapting to user behavior trends and connecting effects to causes in a way that is simply not possible without video intelligence software. Thanks to new widgets, reporting tools, and different data visualization options (histograms, date comparison by unlimited metrics and dimensions, the ability to remove outliers, easily navigable drill-down options such as individual views, minutes, content titles, countries, ISPs, CDNs, and many more) companies are able to take data-based business decisions rather than acting in the dark.
