What do you like best about NPAW Suite?
We use it to guege our customer experience and content performance. What I like most about NPAW, it can measure almost anything you can think of including device, title, phone number, geography. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about NPAW Suite?
My primary complain is sometimes it feels a little slow. Another thing I will really love to see is AI driven analytics. I am not an analytics guy, I have to depend on our BI team setup dashboards for me. If it were like I wrote a prompt and it offers me some options that would be great.
