How it works

veredel

veredel is company store software for organisations with many locations in Germany: companies, retail chains, franchise head offices, associations and non-profits. Each organisation gets a closed company store (also called an employee store, merch store or brand shop) in its own corporate design, on a veredel.shop address or its own domain. Locations, branches and partners order branded clothing, promotional products and print from one agreed assortment, including reorders. A promotional products dealer sells the goods in its own name, handles or arranges the decoration by screen print, DTF, embroidery or engraving, delivers to addresses in Germany and invoices the buyer directly. Organisations can usually keep their existing dealer. veredel licenses the software and takes no margin on orders, and there is no minimum order value. What veredel does today: - Company store in your corporate design with your logo, colours and fonts - Passwordless sign-in with a one-time code sent by email - Visibility groups, so regions, chapters or partner types see their own assortment - Proof approval: new artwork goes into production only after the buyer approves the proof; reorders of approved artwork skip the loop - Payment to the dealer, on invoice or online through Stripe - Shipment tracking and shipping emails in the dealer's name - Order overview and CSV export for head office - Storefront, back office and dealer console in German and English For promotional products dealers and agencies, veredel is the platform behind their client stores: their own catalogue from a wholesaler data feed, CSV import or manual entry, their own prices and decoration options, and an MCP server for catalogue work with AI assistants such as Claude or ChatGPT. Pricing starts at EUR 349 per month plus VAT, cancellable monthly and independent of the number of locations or users. Application, database and files are hosted in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
