PacerPro

PacerPro is a court data platform for law firms. It captures court filings, structures them, and delivers complete, real-time federal and state court data to case teams and to a firm's document management system (DMS), analytics tools, and AI initiatives. Most firms receive court filings through fragmented, manual workflows: filings sit in inboxes, get downloaded and forwarded by hand, and are recorded inconsistently across docketing systems and folders. PacerPro replaces that manual work with an automated pipeline that captures, reconciles, enriches, and delivers each filing. PacerPro does not depend on a single data source. It combines and reconciles four paths: direct-from-court feeds, inbox parsing for redundancy, docketing-system integration, and end-user enrichment. Each filing is captured from the court, reconciled with firm records, enriched with more than 50 metadata fields, and delivered to the correct workspace, producing one structured record for every matter. Firms use that data to improve DMS search, to report on judges, opposing counsel, litigants, and case types, and to feed clean, structured data into analytics.
